You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for completing make readies and light work orders and other required tasks. Accelerated Radiology Technologist-to-CT Technologist Training Program
Our Radiology Technologist-to-CT Technologist Training Program is a 10-week training program sponsored entirely by HCA. Through this program, selected candidates with current Radiology Tech credentials will learn all the needed skills to advance to a certified CT Tech role through online didactic instruction as well as clinical experiences at the facility in which they are employed. This HCA-sponsored program includes all testing, fees, course and training materials. Current ARRT credential and licensure as a Radiology Technologist in Florida are required for selection into the training program.
Qualifications
- Completion of a 24-month Radiologic Technology program at an AMA-approved school or Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology
- Valid ARRT (R) certification
- Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to perform work which requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.

The Opportunity:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day facility operations and ensuring all scheduled events are executed smoothly and professionally. This position manages event scheduling and booking, monitors facility communications, fields customer inquiries, and ensures all facility spaces are prepared according to client requirements. Facility & Event Operations
Manage the facility's event calendar and oversee scheduling logistics.
Coordinate event bookings, ensuring proper documentation and confirmation of customer requirements.

Customer Service & Communication

Minimum Qualifications:

Familiarity with event booking software or scheduling platforms.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide
Resident Care
- Identifies on-going needs and services of residents through the assessment / Personalized Service Plan (PSP) process
- Ensures proper follow through and documentation for residents with a change in clinical care needs
- Supports the Wellness Nurse with Completing the clinical sections of monthly wellness visits and PSP to accurately reflect the resident on a monthly basis
- Informs the Wellness Director and/or Executive Director of any changes in medication or service level that may result in a higher tier level or potential move-out
- Assist with obtaining weights and vital signs monthly for each resident prior to completion of monthly wellness visit
- Assist with resident care as needed
Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION
Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide
- Must be certified Medication Aide and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide
- A minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred
- Must have demonstrated Leadership capabilities
- Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times

What You’ll Do:
As a Med Tech Charge, you’ll provide compassionate, resident-centered care including:
- Deliver care following the Resident Assessment and Support Plan (RASP) and guidance from supervisory staff
- Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, toileting, oral care, eating, ambulation, and positioning
- Support residents with telephone use, laundry, and room tidying
- Assist in activities and dining, helping residents with meal choices and serving drinks/meals
- Administer medications and treatments per physician’s orders, following all policies and procedures
- Accurately document care in electronic and paper records
- Report changes in resident conditions promptly to the Charge Nurse
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance throughout the facility
- Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and post-mortem care as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Pennsylvania Med Tech certification required
- Ability to provide care with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Composure under stressful or emergency situations
- Physical capability to perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), walking, standing, bending, reaching, and other daily tasks required in resident care

The Cardiovascular Tech RCIS primary responsibility is to assist with technical aspects of invasive cardiovascular procedures under the direction of the supervisor and physician.
Your Job Requirements:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree, science emphasis or commensurate healthcare experience
• Licenses and/or Certifications (Required and Preferred)
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardio Life Support certification
• RCIS certified within six months of date of hire
• ARRT and TX RT(R) required in lieu of RCIS
Your Job Responsibilities:
• Assists in teaching and orientation of students and new staff.
• Assists physician as a monitor tech during any procedure performed in the cath lab by interpreting basic and advanced dysrhythmia and EKG’s and operating physiologic recorder, and interpreting normal and abnormal pressures and wave forms.
• Assists physician with most procedures as a scrub tech and operates imaging equipment under direction of physician.
• Assists physician with some diagnostic procedures as a circulator by monitoring patient status during a procedure, handing supplies to the scrub tech, and operating imaging equipment under the direction of the physician.
• Assists with transport of patient to and from department.
• Cleans and stocks cath lab.
• Demonstrates knowledge of medications and dosages used.
• Demonstrates theoretical knowledge of procedures.
• Orders supplies for cath lab and demonstrates effective inventory control.
• Post procedure safety removes arterial and/or venous sheath, maintains hemostasis, and monitors patient status.
• Prepares lab for procedure by setting up for procedure and maintaining sterile technique.
• Prepares patient for procedure by shaving and prepping patient and marking arterial pulses.
• Troubleshoots equipment problems.
