We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Business Operations & Marketing Associate to work directly with C-suite and Exec leadership to support cross-functional initiatives across marketing, operations, customer experience, and internal execution. This is an early-career, high-growth role for someone who wants to learn how a startup actually runs — not from the sidelines, but in the middle of it.

You’ll help drive initiatives across the company while also jumping in wherever leverage is needed — whether that’s coordinating a trade show, improving a process, supporting customers during a spike, or preparing hardware shipments.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Growth Execution

• Manage and schedule LinkedIn/social content
• Coordinate marketing assets (case studies, decks, graphics, product videos)
• Support website updates and campaign launches
• Assist with product launch announcements and outbound initiatives

Trade Shows & Events

• Own logistics for trade shows (shipping devices, booth coordination, travel, lead tracking)
• Ensure demo kits, collateral, and devices are configured and ready
• Coordinate vendors and partners to execute high-quality events

Customer Experience Support

• Step in to support inbound customer requests during demand spikes
• Coordinate internally to resolve issues quickly
• Improve documentation and support workflows over time

Operations & Fulfillment (LA Office)

• Assist with device preparation, configuration, and packaging
• Support inventory organization and demo kit readiness
• Help ship orders when needed

Executive & Cross-Functional Initiatives

• Track and drive execution on key internal projects
• Improve systems and documentation
• Help identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions

Who You Are

• 0–2 years of experience (startup, consulting, operations, marketing, or similar high-intensity environment)
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable moving between strategy discussions and hands-on execution
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools (HubSpot, Google Workspace, Apollo, Slack, AI tools, etc.)
• Based in Los Angeles and willing to work in-office when needed

• Operate CT scanners and perform imaging procedures to create detailed cross-sectional images of the patient's body. Exams include body, neuro, MSK, cardiac and pediatric
• Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining procedure, answering questions, and ensuring they understand the process. This may include obtaining medical histories and checking for allergies, particularly to contrast materials. • Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on CT equipment to ensure proper functioning. This includes troubleshooting and reporting any technical issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on advancements in technology and techniques in CT imaging.

Pre-Production:

• Prepare detailed call sheets, outlining shoot schedules and essential information for cast and crew.
• Source and coordinate skilled crew members, including camera operators, gaffers, sound engineers, and DIT support.
• Secure necessary production insurance and equipment rentals, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

Post-Production:

• Coordinate with editors throughout the post-production process to ensure timely delivery of exceptional content.
• Step in to edit where needed.
• Provide clear feedback and guidance to editors, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand aesthetics.
• Deliver final assets, including packaging files, while meticulously adhering to technical specifications and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot any post-production challenges and proactively seek solutions.

Editorial Expertise:

• Assist with paper edits, providing valuable input on scripts and other written materials.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all content.

Budgeting & Scheduling:

• Develop comprehensive shoot schedules, optimizing time and resources.
• Create and manage project budgets, tracking hard costs in Productive agency management software.

Project Management:

• Maintain project files, ensuring all assets, documentation, licensing information, and deliverables are organized and readily accessible on our shared drive.
• Execute project wrap-up procedures, archiving materials and completing necessary documentation.
• Support the wider team on tasks as and when required to ultimately support client impact.

Culture & Mentorship

• Mentor junior members of the team to support skills growth, confidence, and collaboration.

Outside Sales Rep (Northwest)

Description of duties:

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Outside Sales Representative (Northwest) at Second Life Mac. The Sales Representative will be responsible for sales presentations, relationship building, customer service, communication, and new business development in the Northwestern United States region.

• Establish relationships with Tech Directors/applicable contacts for K-12 and Apple Financial Service reps in the Northwest.
• Regular weekly travel within the US is required. Lodging, meals, travel are paid for.
• Achieve and exceed the quota for your region in terms of devices bought at the correct prices.
• Plan for trade shows, dinners, etc.
• Sales Presentations and Relationship Building skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• New Business Development expertise
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within the Northwest region
• Experience in the technology or education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience selling/buying to Tech Directors in K-12.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must live within the Northwest region of the US.
• Must be professional and possess excellent communication skills, as well as energetic and self-motivated.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing preferred.
