Our client is seeking a Consulting Project Manager to join their growing team, working on strategic client projects, including those with federal government agencies. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive project planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the successful delivery of complex solutions. You will interact directly with clients to identify challenges, define project scopes, and align solutions with our firm's offerings. As a leader, you will mentor junior team members, guide their development and foster a culture of growth. Your strategic insights will contribute to business development initiatives, expanding client relationships and identifying new opportunities. With expertise in strategic analysis and risk planning, you will manage project financials, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring high-quality outputs that drive client success and organizational impact.

Responsibilities: 

• Leading specific sections of projects and building strong client relationships.
• Engaging in comprehensive planning, resource management, cost management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure project success.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering their development while taking ownership of client outcomes.
• Contributing to business development initiatives and expanding client accounts.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, applying expertise in strategic analysis and risk management.
• Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of our firm.
• Enhancing client satisfaction and expanding our influence in the industry through effective leadership.

Basic Qualifications: 

• 7-10 years of experience in strategic management consulting with an established consulting firm
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; master's degree preferred
• Proven project management and client delivery experience, managing complex and strategic consulting engagements with multiple work streams
• Strong project and team leadership skills, including client and team management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and growing relationships and accounts, leading to account expansion and growth
• Ability to identify future success requirements for client organizations and craft ideas into new project opportunities
• Experience in proposal development and execution of account plans
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analysis skills
• Experience with project research, conducting executive-level interviews, and identifying data from primary and secondary sources
• Experience in facilitating small and large client meetings, senior executive off sites, etc.
• Practical understanding of consulting project financial metrics, budgeting, and forecasting
• Must reside in and be willing to commute regularly within the Washington, DC metropolitan area; less than 20% travel anticipated
• U.S. citizenship (the nature of our work with the federal government limits our hiring to U.S. citizens)
• Ability to obtain and maintain up to a top-secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications: 

• MBA (desired, not required)
• PMP certification is preferable but not required
• Experience supporting or leading supply chain risk management initiatives, including identification, analysis, and mitigation of supply chain vulnerabilities
• Experience in logistics and sustainment sectors

Schedules are available 6 weeks in advance. The work schedule commitment for this position requires the following:

• These are 12-hour shifts
• Must be able to work every third(3rd) weekend

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, Patient Care Techs will provide direct bedside care to patients:

• Performs assigned nursing procedures for the comfort and well-being of the patient
• Maintains appropriate documentation on all assigned patients, including flow sheets
• Assists physicians with examinations and tests as needed
• Other tasks include respiratory services, rehabilitation services, and phlebotomy

To qualify as Patient Care Tech, you must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma
• CPR-BLS through the American Heart Association
• One (1) year experience in an acute care inpatient environment preferred
• Patient Care Tech/Nursing Assistant certification preferred

As an Electrophysiology/EP Lab Tech, you will identify steps in established procedures to provide technical assistance for selected diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures, which include supply, equipment operation, monitoring, imaging and use of medical devices.

What You Will Do In This Role:

• Use hemodynamic and ECG monitoring, including interpretation of data.
• Scrub assist for all diagnostic and electrophysiology procedures including preparation of supplies and instruments, preparation and maintenance of the sterile field, preparation and manipulation of cardiac catheters, guide-wires and devices
• Injection of contrast media and medications from the sterile field as directed and supervised by the physician
• Documentation of procedures and patient information according to hospital policy.
• Assist to coordinate procedure schedule as assigned
• Assist with inventory control as directed by the supervisor / manager

• Other duties as assigned

• Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT), or 3 years of Cath Lab or EP experience

• Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross required within 1 year of hire date or transfer into position

Med Tech Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents based on resident medical charts. Follow protocols regarding documenting medication and restocking the med carts.
• Help with the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents, including toileting, showering, assisting with meals, light cleaning, showering, and other essential daily activities.
• Participate in shift change meetings to communicate with oncoming associates regarding resident status or special needs.
• Assist with janitorial tasks as needed.
• Act as a shift supervisor to ensure resident care needs are being properly met.
• Assist Caregivers during shifts with transfers and any other duties necessary.
• Work with physicians and the pharmacy to make sure that medication is ordered properly.
• Report changes in resident medical conditions and behaviors to physicians, families, and community leadership.
• Communicate with multiple levels within and outside of the organization: including residents, families, Caregivers, Wellness Coordinator, Resident Care Manager, Wellness Nurses, pharmacies, and doctors.
• Give emotional support to the residents by treating them with respect, dignity and always maintaining a positive and cheerful appearance.
• Promote safety and wellbeing of the residents through use of written and verbal procedures, safety equipment and awareness of any potential dangers.
• Assist with all other duties as assigned by the Wellness Coordinator and community leadership.
