Job Description
Collin County is seeking candidates for the position of Building Projects Coordinator. A Building Projects Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, planning County construction, renovations, and modification projects. Work is performed under the direction of the Building Projects Manager
Primary Functions
- Preparing paperwork, evaluating and recommending bid awards for construction, renovation, and modification projects.
- Ensuring all permits are acquired and codes are met.
- Preparing designs, specifications, project manuals and schedules, and coordinating activities with architects and consultants.

This person will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of all assigned buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with all EPA, OSHA & ASHRAE rules, requirements, procedures and industry and Company safety guidelines.
- Perform all necessary preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control and building management systems; conduct monthly maintenance inspections as assigned and completing them on time
