Overview: Ouray County is soliciting applications for the position of Deputy County Attorney. This position, under general direction of the County Attorney, assists in providing in-house legal advice, representation, and civil legal services to the Board of County Commissioners, County Manager, Elected or Appointed Officials, and County Departments. The Deputy County Attorney assists in managing and litigating all civil legal affairs in the County, and with ensuring that all contracts and other official documents are approved as legally valid and enforceable.
