Experienced Helicopter Engine Technician with expertise in Rolls-Royce M250/RR300 Engines and Modules to join our Rolls-Royce Authorized Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center in Broussard, LA.
- Disassemble and assemble engines, modules, components and assemblies in accordance with customer specifications, regulatory standards and company guidelines.
- Troubleshoot to identify problems and adjust repairs as required.
- Interpret manuals, drawings, and specifications; utilize measuring tools to ensure the serviceability of parts.

Education, Skills & Experience:

- FAA Power Plant Certification is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.

Engineering Technician - Product Engineering Support

Someone working as an automotive technician or electrical technician would be a good target. They can teach some of the testing and reading of schematics if needed. Candidates must be familiar working with the tools/machinery.
MAJOR PURPOSE:
Working in the Accelerated Design Verification (ADV) group to provide project support performing test setup, monitoring, inspection, and reporting using procedures and criteria set forth in the test plan. This is a 3rd shift position. (10p-6:30a).
MAJOR DUTIES:
Assembly of test rigs based on layout drawings and setup instructions. This includes:
Mechanical assembly using hand tools and battery/air impact wrenches
Use of overhead cranes
Connecting hydraulic plumbing
Connecting electrical control cables
Requires bending, kneeling, working at floor level
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
Document any changes to the setup procedure and layout drawings for continuous improvement.
Monitor and adjust test controls as necessary to keep the tests running efficiently.
Perform test specimen inspections and make repairs as required by the defined test parameters.
Document all test related incidents and activities using a web-based application.
Contact the appropriate personnel as required to prevent safety issues, environmental issues, and failures to test equipment or specimens and perform emergency shutoff procedures if necessary.

Refactor Games is a AAA sports video game studio. We are developing the next generation of professional football (soccer) video games using Unreal Engine 5.
We are seeking a Game Designer - Economy to help design and balance the in-game economy for our AAA European football title developed in Unreal Engine 5. You’ll work on systems that define how players earn, spend, and progress through the game, ensuring a fun, fair, and engaging progression experience that supports long-term player engagement and economic health. Your work will influence reward structures, currency flows, seasonal content, and player motivation loops that keep players invested in the game.

Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in game design, including roles focused on economy, progression, or balancing systems (AAA or live service experience preferred).
- At least 1 shipped AAA title preferred, bonus points for sports titles.
What You'll Work On:
- Design and balance in-game economies, including player earnings, currency flows, reward pacing, and progression structures that align with game vision and player expectations.
- Build and maintain models, spreadsheets, and simulations to represent economic flows and outcomes, helping to inform design decisions and tuning.
- Collaborate with game designers, live ops teams, and engineers to ensure economy systems integrate smoothly with gameplay mechanics, progression, and live content updates.
- Analyze economic data, player behavior, and KPIs to identify friction points, balance issues, or opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to defining reward structures, progression loops, and player incentives that support both engagement and retention.
- Create clear documentation for economy systems, assumptions, design decisions, and tuning rationale for implementation by development teams.
- Participate in playtests and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, including comfort with spreadsheets and economic simulations.
- Understanding of reward loops, progression pacing, and player motivation models for modern games.
- Ability to communicate concepts and design rationale clearly in both written and verbal form.
- Passion for football games and knowledge of how progression and economy should support meaningful, long-term player engagement.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with or in Unreal Engine 5 workflows or tools (data assets, config systems, scripting).
- Familiarity with live service economies, seasonal content, or ongoing content updates.
- Basic data analysis skills using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) or analytics dashboards.
- Experience with telemetry or A/B testing to validate tuning decisions.
