What You’ll Do

Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for skilled Welders and/or Fitters (knowledge of both is a plus) to cut and join metals and other materials at our Tangent, OR facility.
Essential Job Functions
1. Perform FCAW (2G) welding. Be able to pass 2G test in FCAW on 1\" thick coupon.
2. Operate air arc to remove steel (back gouging).
3. Grind with 90 angle grinder.
5. Read weld symbols and check weld size using weld fillet gauges.
6. Heat material to required temperature using temperature sticks and heating torch/cutting torch.
(read and follow pre-heart & interpass temperature tables.)
7. Set machines according to procedure charts.
8. Use air chipper to chip of slag.
9. Use natural gas propane heaters to pre-heat steel.
10. Operate stud welder.
11. Follow weld procedures as it applies to volts, amps & wire feed speed.
12. Heat, straighten and be able to know when to use pre-heat to offset distortion.
14. Perform other duties as required by management.
Shift Times:
Day (M-F): 6:00am-4:30pm
Swing Shift: 4:30pm-3:00am
Qualifications and Requirements
Required: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. over shoulder height. Be able to read blueprints. FCAW (2G). Be able to read weld symbols
and be familiar with weld procedures. Must be familiar with WP1 (manual shielded metal arc welding of carbon steel) and WP2 (Flux cored are welding of carbon steel) and WP3 (Flux cored arc welding with gas shielding of carbon steel).
Preferred: Two or more years' experience in manufacturing in the steel fabrication industry. Proficiency and use of Software, equipment, machines, tools, electronic device necessary for
job: Air arc, 90 angle grinder, crane, heating torch, cutting torch.
As the Production Manager - Lenoir at Tangent you will have the opportunity to directly impact the organization by overseeing a 24 x 7 facility manufacturing approx. 8 MM pounds of high-density polymer lumber a year and overseeing a staff of 20. Our Lenoir facility is the primary manufacturing location for our Marine Pile and Marine Timber product. As Production Manager you will manage multiple teams of operators throughout our 45,000 sq ft recycling facility. You will be responsible to hire, train and develop your team to meet the needs of the rapidly growing business.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
- Continues and enhances the existing team system
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for identity graph and data partnership initiatives, critical to enabling high-performance, privacy-compliant targeting across our CTV advertising platform. This role will focus on developing and refining identity resolution capabilities, managing graph-based data integrations, and expanding the reach and accuracy of our audience recognition and measurement infrastructure.
Success in this role will require a blend of deep technical expertise in identity data, graph modeling, and data architecture, as well as strong product instincts and cross-functional leadership skills. You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and external data partners to build a resilient and scalable identity foundation for precise audience targeting and measurement.
What you'll do:
- Own the identity product strategy at tvScientific
- Lead the product vision for tvScientific's identity graph, enabling persistent, multi-device recognition across CTV and digital channels.
- tvSci Identity will service multiple teams throughout the product and engineering ecosystem, it will be your role to align with leadership of those teams to gather requirements, define goals and monitor success.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science to architect and optimize graph-based data models that represent user identity, household relationships, and device linkages.
- Design APIs and services for real-time identity resolution, enrichment, and activation in programmatic ad workflows.
- Grow identity data partnerships

What we're looking for:

Support the Client Service Team with the renewal process.
- Initiate marketing and renewal process by gathering client census data, current / renewal plan design and rate information, historical claims experience data, and any additionally related materials required to prepare RFP for client renewals and prospective groups. This position interacts with and provides service to internal associates and has contact with external vendors. The Benefits Analyst must be positive and approachable, and work effectively with diverse personalities. In addition, the following is required unless otherwise noted:
- Must possess a basic understanding of health and welfare plan benefits and carriers acquired through 3 years of experience providing group health and benefits service preferably at a brokerage or carrier or performing in a benefit specialist role with a Human Resource department of a large corporation.
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Maintain a valid, unrestricted State of California Life & Disability License and meet the continuing education requirements.
- Maintain a valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to include professional work experience creating tables, charts, graphs, pivot tables and formulas.
- Math skills are required to perform basic arithmetic, calculate percentages and amounts based on a percentage increase/decrease
- Above average analyzing, problem solving and planning/organizational techniques are essential.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as the use of office equipment such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.
- Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- Occasional travel to client sites may be required. Travel is usually within driving distance.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,000 to $91,300.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

The Transportation Logistics Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing our transportation process, working with 3PL carriers to get our product to retailers across the United States. Focusing on outbound shipments, the Transportation Logistics Analyst will trace, track, and record OTR-Over The Road shipments while focusing on ways to optimize the transportation process, create efficiencies, and reduce costs. Additional responsibilities include daily and weekly calls with 3PL carriers, create shipments through EDI/Electronic Data Interchange and SAP, analyze data, and run outbound transportation related reports.
Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, the Transportation Logistics Analyst will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of experience working in logistics, transportation carrier/freight industry or related logistics roles. Additionally, will possess advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Focus on outbound (OB) transportation with 3PL, OTR-Over The Road carriers
- Track orders and shipments
- Create shipments and transfers, review orders, review shipments, upload data in our EDI and SAP systems and review for errors
- Attend daily and weekly calls with 3PL carriers
- Run reports, analyze data, make recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of related experience in logistics, transportation carrier/freight industry, or related role
- Prior experience utilizing an ERP system for logistics/supply chain purposes
- Demonstrated strong Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with, or for, 3PL transporation carrier providers
- Experience using a TMS - Transportation Management System
- SAP experience
- Prior experience utilizing EDI / Electronic Data Interface within the logistics/supply chain industry
- Experience with load planning in the transportation industry
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel including: data entry, pivot tables, sorting, filtering, graphing, and formulas (SUM, SUMIF, COUNT, COUNTIF, PRODUCT, VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc)
- Prior experience in the CPG / consumer packaged goods industry

Compensation and Benefits
Target Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
