Role: Deskside Technician – EUC
Location: Port Arthur, TX
We are looking for a skilled Deskside Technician with hands-on experience in end-user support, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure. If you enjoy solving technical issues and working closely with users, this is a great opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite technical support to end users and meet SLA requirements
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Support Windows 10/11 deployment in enterprise environments
• Manage printers, scanners, and network connectivity
• Provide mobile device support and VIP user assistance
• Track incidents and service requests using ticketing tools
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in deskside / EUC support
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments
• Experience with imaging tools like SCCM / MDT
• Hands-on experience with hardware & software troubleshooting
• Knowledge of network connectivity and device configuration
• A+ Certification (preferred)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with CNC programming, PLC systems, and machine tool schematics preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
About the Role
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support growth initiatives across North America. This role involves working closely with sales teams, distributors, OEMs, and end users to deliver high-quality technical solutions related to machine tool probing and monitoring systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and specifications to prepare quotations for CNC machine tool touch probe and monitoring systems
- Provide technical support (in-person, phone, and email) to distributors, internal teams, and end users
- Assist Sales Engineers with technical expertise and application support
- Document and report all customer visits, including findings and outcomes
- Ensure timely follow-up on all active projects
- Support product launches including installation, software setup, and troubleshooting
- Act as a liaison with global teams to resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot customer issues remotely or onsite as needed
- Travel to customer locations to support service activities when required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
