We are currently seeking a Florida-licensed CT Technologist on a full-time basis. As a CT Technologist, you will be competent in all of the following: brain, total spine, facial, sinus, orbits, thorax, abdomen, pelvis, upper/lower extremities, sella, and biopsies. As a CT Technologist, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Select proper technical factors for study then perform and complete diagnostic CT examinations accurately in a caring, compassionate and respectful manner
- Possess sound and thorough operational knowledge of the CT scanner, pressure injector, resuscitation equipment, laser filmer, and teleradiology system
- Assist in the administration of contrast media and other related procedures
- Prepare, transfer and position patients as needed ensuring modesty, safely utilizing auxiliary equipment and/or devices indicated
- Document all pertinent clinical information prior to exam, obtain informed consent, and complete all required fields within MEDITECH accurately and on time
- Obtain high-quality CT images assuring only optimal images are submitted for interpretation
- Remain proficient in executing software protocols and keep up to date with changes in the field by in-service study, attending courses or seminars as necessary/recommended
- Maintain proactive and effective communication with patient and other caregiver colleagues to include the radiologist
- Check the operation of the equipment, maintain cleanliness of table/equipment to prevent cross-contamination of contagious diseases and keep room stocked with linens and necessary supplies
- Accept on-call and call-back responsibilities as needed to provide optimum patient care
Qualifications
- Completion of a 2-year/Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology at an accredited, AMA-approved institution, to include hospital training
- ARRT (CT) certification
- Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to perform work which requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and/or lifting of patients/equipment up to 100 lbs.
- Minimum of 2 years current/recent experience in diagnostic radiology (X-Ray or CT), preferably in an acute-care hospital setting

This role plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth front office operations. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team in Boston, United States.
The Assistant Front Office Manager’s is a key member of our team with the primary function to manage the daily operations of the front office. They are a supervisor to all Front Office personnel, assists with guest complaints, and represents Management in the front office.
The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for the running of the daily operation of their shift, by providing support to the front desk staff and assisting in any guest challenges that may occur. Additionally, this role performs projects, reporting and daily operational initiatives on an as needed basis.
Day to Day Duties and Functions may include:
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Fairmont Standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, outlined by Fairmont Hotel’s and Resorts grooming policy
- Comply at all times with Fairmont standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Assist Guest Service Agents (GSAs) with check in and checkouts, confirming all standard operating procedures are followed properly.
- Supervise front desk agent with daily duties.
- Train new employees, help to develop and implement training programs

- Reviews basic to complex individual and other tax returns

Responsibilities:
Income Tax Accounting and Reporting:
- Coordinate with FP&A and Treasury to maintain quarterly tax schedules and reporting.
- Manage the preparation and review of the income tax provision; effectively communicate results to senior management and from time to time, the Audit Committee.
- Respond to all inquiries concerning income tax accounting matters.
- Support the review of income tax accounting and returns by the Company’s auditors.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and support reviews / testing with Internal Audit.
- Prepare all income tax disclosures in audited financial statements.
- Execute all monthly close activities, including account analyses and reconciliations.
Income Tax Planning:
- Perform tax planning that minimizes the Company’s cash taxes and effective income tax rate; effectively manage the Company’s tax attributes.

- Support the Company’s efforts in major business initiatives and transactions.
- Drive realization of the Company’s tax strategies, including appropriate involvement of Finance, Legal, and other internal constituents and external advisors.

Income Tax Compliance and Examinations:
- Work with international finance team members to maintain and actively manage a global income tax compliance calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all income tax returns / extensions and timely remittance of estimated payments.
- Manage tax examinations and investigate and resolve tax notices received.
- Oversee compliance with foreign withholding and reporting.
Transfer Pricing and Intercompany:
- Oversee all aspects of the Company’s transfer pricing, including required reports and analyses and quarterly journal entries.
- Work with Treasury to settle intercompany balances and to ensure appropriate funding to international subsidiaries.
- Reply to local requests and inquiries related to transfer pricing documentation.
Other:
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
- Execute ad-hoc projects, such as legal entity rationalization.

- BS in Accounting required; master’s degree in tax preferred; CPA required.
