Job Summary


American National Bank is looking for a new Teller to serve the needs of existing and prospective clients. We are seeking an individual who provides top customer service, possesses previous cash handling experience, and places a high level of importance on confidentiality.


Schedule: Part time: 28 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-5:45pm, Rotating Saturdays 8:15am-12:15pm.


Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities



  • Consistently provides high quality client service while effectively processing transactions and supporting sales.
  • Records all transactions, prepares daily settlements of teller cash, and proofs transactions according to branch procedures.
  • Processes transactions for various bank products and services including the following: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier checks, money orders, and credit card cash advances.
  • Performs clerical duties such as answering calls, processing incoming mail and deliveries, filing, and typing.

Experience and Education



  • Four to six month's teller experience, or equivalent client service and/or cash handling experience.
  • Previous sales experience, preferred.
  • In pursuit of high school diploma or its equivalent is required.

The Part-time Digital Content Designer contract role is needed for approximately 12-24 hours per week mostly in our LA office at the rate of $30/hour. The position is responsible for assisting in the design of a wide variety of visual marketing assets across digital content and print media for athletic accessories. The role would work within the team through the entire process of defining creative brief requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, photos, store signage, product packaging, advertisements, multimedia design.

 

Position requires a self-starter, capable of working independently and delivering brilliant creative assets, with excellent communication skills and amazing attention to detail. Creative flair and a strong ability to translate direction into design is necessary.

  • Initiates and directs procedure rooms, clean up and turnover.
  • EKG interpretation.
  • Ongoing physiological assessment through all phases of the Endoscopy experience.
  • Utilize computer software for electronic medical record documentation (EMR).
  • Actively assists physicians in a large variety of endoscopy procedures. 

Education:

  • Possession of a current or compact state license as a registered nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa. 
  • Basic Life Support certified within six (6) weeks of hire.  Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft office products. Helpful if familiar with ProVation RN & MD.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified or obtained within six (6) months of hire.
  • Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English language.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a "one-ministry" mindset and enjoys a variety of tasks—from financial processing and donor relations to general office administration. Job Duties:
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director and Head of Operations, including calendar management and correspondence.
  • Manage daily financial transactions, including processing donations, performing deposits, and entering data into QuickBooks and expense management software.
  • Maintain the donor management database (CRM), ensuring accurate gift processing and generating detailed reports.
  • Handle donor relations tasks, such as transcribing letters and writing timely thank-you notes.
  • Manage grant tracking systems to monitor applications and reporting deadlines.
  • Utilize Excel for data exporting, mail merges, and analytical reporting.
  • Oversee general office inlets, including voicemail, email, and physical mail retrieval from the PO Box.
  • Coordinate and set up meetings, including agenda preparation and hospitality arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain essential organizational documents, records, and reports.
  • Serve as an official Notary for the organization.
  • Assist the counseling team with appointment scheduling and client coordination.
  • Ensure final year-end financial processing by working the last business day of the calendar year.
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to work Monday-Thursday from 8 am-1:30 pm, 8:30 am-2 pm, or something very close to that.
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience; prior experience in the non-profit sector is highly preferred.
  • Alignment with the organization’s faith-based mission, values, and commitment to serving the marginalized.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (mail merges, exporting data, and formulas).
  • Experience with QuickBooks and donor management databases (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Proven critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a small-office setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for donor and community interaction.
  • High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment with a "team player" attitude.
  • Knowledge of basic accounts payable procedures and financial record-keeping.
