What You Will Do:
Drive Global Talent Acquisition Innovation
- Lead major process improvement initiatives across the global TA function, applying design thinking, lean methodologies, and market standards
- Develop futureβstate TA practices by influencing the adoption of technology, analytics, and process enhancements that increase speed, quality, and scalability while improving the candidate, manager and recruiter experience
Partner Strategically Across the Organization
- Partner with Global TA leadership, TA Managers, HR, and crossβfunctional business partners to understand emerging needs and translate them into actionable strategies
- Serve as a strategic advisor for TA initiatives that support enterprise priorities, including:
Talent attraction and topβofβfunnel optimization
- Consistent and efficient use of TA technology
- Vendor management and organizational procedures
Lead Technology, Reporting, and Analytics Excellence
- Research bestβinβclass TA tools, processes, and metricsβevaluating return on investment and recommending improvements that align with the TA technology roadmap
- Coordinate and troubleshoot Workday, while supporting data and reporting needs across Workday, Phenom People, and Power BI
- Partner with IT and HRIS to prioritize and implement system enhancements
Champion Operational Excellence
- Support training, resource development, and adoption of standard processes across global TA teams.
- Partner with HR PMO to align project prioritization with business goals.
- Identify bottlenecks throughout the hiring funnel using data and analytics, recommending process improvements grounded in external benchmarks and market trends.
- Lead components of onboarding communications and coordinate related system workflows.

This position has a starting salary range of $92,900.00 to $118,500.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.

Summary
Accurately assesses residents' health status as well as their educational and environmental needs on admission and on an ongoing basis. Remains aware about and communicates to the appropriate interdisciplinary team (IDT) member any significant change in condition. Accurately documents all assessments. Develops dynamic care plans based upon the identified needs of the residents through an interdisciplinary approach that includes physicians, residents, families, and other IDT members. Reviews and revises the care plan as the resident's needs, problems, and goals change. Communicates the plan to the appropriate IDT members along with the residents and families. Accurately documents the care plan on admission, cognition change, or regulatory requirements for care planning. Identifies necessary nursing interventions relevant to the plan of care which includes nursing orders, physician orders, residents/families educational and environmental needs. Interventions such as medication administration, treatments, and IV fluid administrations are accomplished in a safe and timely manner. Documents all interventions accurately and timely. Uses critical thinking skills when dealing with residents' change in condition. Notifies the physician timely using the SBARR as the communication tool. Maintains composure during and handles any crisis situation such as family dissatisfaction, staff disputes, or inclement weather in a calm and professional manner. Monitors the care of the residents closely to see that the care plan is being delivered effectively. Identifies problem areas and uses the QAPI process to actively address the situation for immediate problem resolution. Remains knowledgeable about the status of the resident to quickly identify behavioral changes or other untoward signs or symptoms. Assists in answering call lights and assists with resident care such as ADLs. Completes twelve hours, at a minimum, of offerings related to nursing. Upholds commitment to remaining current in best nursing practices through knowledge of Bethesda's policies and self-study. May be assigned other duties as appropriate.

- Education from an accredited school of nursing that results in becoming a registered nurse
- Current RN license in the state you will be working
- CPR/AED certification required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment
- Long-term care experience preferred

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training
Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology and subsequent Accreditation through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Must be in compliance with CE Requirements.
BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
Workplace Experience
Preference of one year work experience in hospital after graduation and accreditation; however, willing to train.
Equipment and Skills Training
Possesses general knowledge of many types of x-ray equipment and computers. Will train on specific equipment and processes utilized at Williamson Health.In addition, has had previous training in fluoroscopy, surgery, and routine studies and willing to perform those functions daily.
Physical Environment
Radiation safety and universal precautions practiced in a multi modality imaging department.

Possesses the ability to perform multifunctional tasks to include: physically manipulate and operate equipment, assist in the movement of patients from wheelchairs and stretchers to table; bend, twist, stoop; lift 20 pounds; communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing; make appropriate judgment decisions in urgent or emergency situations; and demonstrate emotional stability and psychological health in day to day interaction with fellow employees, patients, their families, and physicians.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
- Checks patient identification and physician order to ensure accuracy of request before proceeding with study.
- Questions female patients (ages 12-50) regarding the possibility of pregnancy and properly documents information in record.
- Questions all patients who receive intravenous contrast media and documents information regarding allergies and medical history.
- Provides proper radiation safety protection for all persons, to include self. Follows ALARA, IMAGE GENTLY AND IMAGE WISELY.
- Strives to maintain the dignity of each patient by ensuring the patient is properly covered at all times; during exam and patient transport.
- Seeks opportunities to assist in other areas during downtime periods and always makes good use of time.
- Checks often on patients waiting in hallways to ensure that the patient is covered and comfortable (Pain Management).
- Shows leadership and teamwork in difficult situations and makes appropriate decisions.
- Volunteers for overtime and fill-in when needed.
- Ensures the safety of patients by following all safety procedures while moving patients from wheelchair or stretcher to table and observing patient while on radiology table.
- Performs high quality studies consistently.
- Works well with fellow employees to provide the most efficient use of the equipment and ensures that all requests from physicians and patients are completed.

Summary
The Control Technician performs a variety of maintenance, modification, and repair activities in controls of all building equipment and material handling systems in the distribution centers. This includes troubleshooting and repairing AC & DC circuits, photo eye sensors, encoders, programmable logic controllers, and bar code readers.
Responsibilities
- Duties are illustrative and not inclusive and may vary with individual assignments
- Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required
- Perform program changes, monitoring of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and PMS (Process Management Systems)
- Troubleshoot issues of all Controls, Process Controllers, Control Cabinets, Power Supplies and all other field devices
- Performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities including performing material handling equipment troubleshooting and repair; office furniture moves and setups
- Completes work orders for work performed and includes parts and inventory used
- Document all work order activities to follow MP2 requirements, providing detailed records of the activities performed
- Ability to solve and repair low and high voltage controls including fuses, relays, wiring, contactors and power supplies from the source to the field device
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and schematics, to include blueprints
- Experience using electrical diagnostic equipment (to include digital and analog meters, and amp meters for AC/DC testing)

- Strong systems or technical capability including PC software and hardware proficiency

Housing and Residence Life is passionate about the Georgia Tech residential student experience. Job Summary
Perform a variety of basic, semi-skilled mechanical and building trade tasks in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment, and in performing simple construction and fabrication work within assigned facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring that supplied materials and components meet internal and external requirements for quality and compliance. Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Slitter, Rewinder, and Flexo Printing Press Operators to join our production team in Marshall County, Indiana. This is a hands-on manufacturing role ideal for candidates with experience operating slitter/rewinder equipment and working with materials such as film, paper, foil, or labels.
The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining slitter, rewinder, or flexographic press equipment to ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate slitter, rewinder, or flexo press machines according to job specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform job changeovers with minimal downtime
- Inspect finished rolls for accuracy, proper tension, and defects
- Accurately record production and quality data
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Load, unload, label, and prepare materials for shipping
- Complete approximately two weeks of training on first shift prior to transitioning to assigned shift
