Our client, a nationally recognized not-for-profit health system, is seeking an Epic Health Systems Trainer.
Duration: 7-month contract | Starts 3/8/2026
Location: Grand Rapids, MI - 100% Hybrid: There will be intermittent onsite training needs between late March 2026 and August 14, 2026. We anticipate a maximum of up to four weeks onsite during this period.

Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for conducting classroom training, one-on-one training, virtual training, at the elbow training support and implementation support with a primary focus on Epic and other Health Systems. Will partner with training team members, subject matter experts, and customers to develop audience-specific training including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials. Will help organize and report on training registration and completion. Occasional weekend training and daytime or overnight travel may be required.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for conducting classroom training, one-on-one training, virtual training, at the elbow training support and implementation support with a primary focus on Epic and other health systems.
- Will create and maintain relevant project management documents, including work plans, status reports and risk assessments.
- Will participate in project teams to understand and implement the scope of work; participate in training program delivery strategy, testing the training environment, editing, assembling and distributing course materials and assisting users with operational change management.
- Responsible for setting up with classroom, training delivery, roster management, tracking completion and any other items related to training.
- Establishes relationship with super users and has ongoing communication with this group to ensure understanding of training.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree required (Bachelors Preferred)
- 2 + years of relevant experience in instructional design and training
- Epic Tapestry & Epic MST Build Certifications are required at the time of hire

Job Summary
The Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech invites applications for a one-year Postdoctoral Research Fellowship, starting no later than January 1, 2026. This postdoctoral fellowship examines the impact of isolationist strategies on scientific production and impact.
For this position, we are particularly interested in qualified applicants with interdisciplinary research expertise related to science studies and science policy, expertise in quantitative research methods, and knowledge of the global scientific landscape.
In addition to full faculty benefits, including health insurance and retirement, research fellows receive both research support and other services, including job market support for both academic and non-academic positions in conjunction with other research fellows in the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts, of which the School of Public Policy is a unit.
Required Qualifications

The Systems Engineering, Integrated Systems Department is seeking a Systems Engineering Technical Lead for the NASAMS product line. This role requires strong technical expertise and engineering leadership skills to drive the design and development of world-class air and missile defense systems.
The Integrated Systems Department supports Raytheon by providing world-class weapon systems engineering. Domain expertise includes radar systems, effector systems, battle management, command and control, network design, battlespace integration, and interoperability for both domestic and international customers.
You will work alongside motivated engineers who are responsible for conducting systems engineering studies and trades; supporting system requirements definition and analysis; and contributing to algorithm development, integration, test, and evaluation.

Provide technical oversight and management for a variety of Systems Engineering efforts

Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and design

Reporting to the General Manager the IT Manufacturing Systems Analyst will help to support and optimize our manufacturing operations through effective use of our information technology systems. This position will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing and supporting IT systems critical to our production environment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.

- Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for IT-related issues and projects within the manufacturing environment.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and accordingly plan system roadmap and strategy.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyze existing manufacturing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Participate in the selection, implementation, and configuration of new manufacturing systems, including ERP, MES, PLM, and other related applications.

Education:

The Opportunity:
The Enterprise Systems Manager is responsible for the design, administration, maintenance, and performance of the core systems utilized at the College of Medicine and affiliated entities; to include customized consumption of university core resources, as well as uniquely owned system and services for the college. Operations, Systems Administration, and Technical Management:
Act as Health Information Technology Enterprise Systems unit leader, overseeing the planning, architecture, installation, implementation, and maintenance of the core and unique systems and services for the College of Medicine and affiliated programs.
Supervise Systems Administrators, providing guidance over daily activities; including hiring, training, development, task assignment, and coaching.
Perform high-level systems activities to maintain workload balance and service escalated tasks.
Ensure systems/services are appropriately maintained, meeting operational expectations, and align with security standards.

Key Responsibilities
- IAM Program & WIAM Migration Support
- Support engineering teams migrating PingFederate connections to PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) and Microsoft Entra ID
- Entra ID = Microsoft's cloud identity service (formerly Azure AD)
- Track milestones and deliverables across workstreams, including:
- Certificate updates and expirations
- RBAC updates
- RBAC = Role-Based Access Control (access is granted by role)
- Compliance-driven tasks and evidence
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple IAM workstreams to prevent bottlenecks
- Conduct impact analysis of technology changes on business processes and IAM systems
- Provide system and business process support across multiple IAM program engagements
- Business Analysis & Delivery Coordination
- Plan, elicit, capture, analyze, and validate requirements for IAM initiatives:
- Business requirements (what is needed)
- Functional requirements (what the solution must do)
- Technical requirements (how it integrates and operates)
- Document and assess current-state IAM processes, integrations, and access models
- Maintain rigorous Jira notes including:
- Ownership, due dates, constraints, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Maintain accurate, iterative Confluence documentation for all IAM projects
- Assist with data models and interface specifications where needed for IAM systems
- Log system and process changes using approved change management tools (e.g., FastTrack)
- Ensure IAM changes are properly tested before deployment
- Coordinate UAT and functional testing
- UAT = User Acceptance Testing (business confirms the solution meets needs)
- Meeting & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate discussions between engineering, security architecture, business stakeholders, and program leadership
- Support collaborative system and data design sessions with users and technical teams
- Coordinate meetings responsibly (e.g., avoid conflicts with Agile ceremonies)
- Summarize meetings with clear action items and track accountability
- Present complex IAM options and tradeoffs in a clear, decision-supporting way

- Ensure IAM changes and access-control updates are properly authorized by management

Requirements
- Core Experience (Required)
- Proven experience (1+ years) as an IT Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst supporting complex corporate environments
- Extensive experience with large scale migrations or updates across multiple organizations and third party vendors
- Hands-on experience with IAM concepts and platforms, such as:
- Federation and SSO
- SSO = Single Sign-On (one login for multiple apps)
- SAML and certificates
- RBAC
- Directory technologies (e.g., LDAP/AD concepts)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methods
- SDLC = Systems Development Life Cycle (plan build test deploy support)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and track multiple simultaneous workstreams with high attention to detail
- Technical & Analytical Skills (Required)
- Strong Excel skills for tracking plans, owners, timelines, and dependencies
