We're hiring a Manager, Pricing and Discount Strategy to own and execute our strategic vision for price and discount strategy, as part of our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing pricing and discount strategies for HelloFresh Core and adjacent brands, with the goal of maximizing profitability while staying competitive. You have...

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in marketing, business or STEM-related fields (e.g. mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, statistics, etc.)
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in pricing strategy, consulting, analytics, or a subscription-based business model
  • Extensive experience devising and measuring the effectiveness of pricing strategies (including AB testing), with a proven track record from other data-rich business environments
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced command of Excel, Tableau etc. SQL is a plus

Job Description: As a Food Safety & Quality Associate you will ensure all HelloFresh mealkits meet food safety and quality standards (FSQ) and are safe for customers.

Shifts Available:

Thursday to Sunday - 6:45pm to 5:15am

Friday to Monday - 6:45pm to 5:15am

Saturday to Tuesday - 6:45am to 5:15pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct required food safety checks, including taking product temperatures, verifying expiration dates, and performing sanitation swabs.
  • Enforce and adhere to all safety, GMP, allergen control, food defense, PPE, hygiene, and SQF policies and procedures.
  • Report FSQ problems and initiate corrective action, including shutting down the production line for major non-conformances.
  • Audit, record results, and gather discarded product from the production floor.
  • Coach employees to follow HelloFresh policies and support the sanitation team.
  • Perform routine CCP verifications and instrument calibrations (scales/thermometer).
  • Assist in non-conformance identification and CAPA analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; one year of related experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must have basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets).
  • Must be willing to work the entire scheduled shift across days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
  • Complete FSQ training upon onboarding (to be launched in 2024).

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Environment: Manufacturing/assembly environment with cool/cold temperatures (10o - 40o). Exposure to moving mechanical parts and noise.
  • Physical: Must stand, walk, stoop, reach, and lift for a minimum of 10 to 12 hours. Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Other: This position has no supervisory responsibility and requires no travel.

As an Industrial Control Systems and Automation Program Manager, you will work with the maintenance teams to deep dive issues and opportunities within the control systems for conveyance, sortation systems, automated baggers, robotic systems, and more. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for national health media for campaigns, products/services and compelling trend stories. Must have strong relationships with health/pharma lifestyle media along with experience targeting different demographics, with an emphasis on HCPs and patient audiences.
