Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems & Network Administrator for our Columbus, Ohio facility. It's a hybrid role focused on managing and improving IT infrastructure. Intermediate networking knowledge and system administration expertise are required, with experience in a manufacturing environment being a plus. The selected candidate will be key in maintaining system uptime, securing IT assets, and supporting scalable network and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Print Technology

• Configure, monitor, and maintain digital print technologies from M&R, Kornit, and Caldera.
• Secure the digital print technologies with company endpoint protection
• Install and maintain Zebra scanning and printing technologies used in digital printing
• Support users of the Monster Digital Platform in all aspects of the plant operations

Network Infrastructure & Support

• Configure, monitor, and maintain our LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Required Qualifications

Position Overview

YBI is seeking a highly motivated Technical Fellow of Research and Business Development to support YBI’s advanced manufacturing and additive manufacturing initiatives, with a primary focus on supporting the activities of the Youngstown Innovation Hub for Defense and Aerospace.

This position will report directly to YBI while playing a key role in advancing the Innovation Hub’s mission to accelerate additive and advanced manufacturing technologies for defense, aerospace, and industrial applications. The role bridges applied research, federal program development, regional supply-chain engagement, and the development of shared-use, fee-for-service technical services that support manufacturers across Northeast Ohio and the broader Midwest.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development, Commercialization & Innovation Hub Support

• Identify, pursue, and develop business development opportunities aligned with YBI’s advanced manufacturing strategy and the Youngstown Innovation Hub’s defense and aerospace focus.

• Support commercialization and technology transition efforts that move innovations from TRL/MRL development into pilot and production environments.

Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join the Technology team in New York. This individual will be responsible for both remote and in person support for all Employees. BTIG is seeking an Associate who will help lead and evolve the governance engine of a global, mid-sized investment bank to support our next phase of growth.  You will report directly to the CISO and be responsible for security assurance, compliance operations, and technology risk management.  You will help maintain control readiness, perform testing and evidence collection, and support risk and vendor assessments for internally developed systems and SaaS applications.  Your work will directly protect the firm's reputation and enable its business.  We don’t expect you to know every regulatory framework on day one. Duties & Responsibilities:

IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) 

• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM): Own the vendor security review process.  You will assess third-party vendors to ensure compliance with the firm's standards, requiring understanding of our core business processes, attention to detail, and the persistence to chase down answers. Obtain and meticulously review SOC reports (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2) for critical third-party service providers, evaluating their adherence to 'Complementary Controls at User Entities' and ensuring our internal alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, analytics, or digital transformation, with strong exposure to the Industrial or Communications sectors.

  
  

• Hands-on experience modernizing data ecosystems, including migrating from legacy on-premise platforms to modern cloud-native or hybrid cloud architectures.

  
  

• Deep expertise with major cloud platforms and their data/analytics stacks, including implementation experience with:

  
  

• AWS (e.g., Redshift, S3, Glue, EMR, Athena, Lake Formation, Bedrock, SageMaker)
