Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)

  • Prepare and deliver up to 30 Cloud Security Assessment Packages annually, each including validated cybersecurity controls, certifier recommendations, and a statement of residual risk.
  • Participate in technical kickoff meetings and review preliminary documentation to assess a CSP's readiness posture.
  • Analyze and provide detailed feedback on CSP submissions such as the RAR, SAP, SSP, and architectural diagrams.
  • Assess and document the operational impact of authorizations, changes, and vulnerabilities on the CSP environment.
  • Develop Cloud Security Assessment Packages in accordance with established guidelines, including the SAR, POA&M, and any Deviation Requests.
  • Draft Authorization Recommendation Memoranda outlining CSO compliance with DoD cybersecurity controls, residual risks, and technical findings.
  • Prepare formal DoD Provisional Authorization memoranda, detailing authorization length, CSO boundary, services provided, operating conditions, DoD usage considerations, and follow-on activities.
  • Validate CSO controls within eMASS or other government-provided Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools; ensure accurate tracking in the Mission Status Report (MSR).
  • Review and verify the Customer Responsibility Matrix (CRM), ensuring proper control inheritance is reflected in eMASS/GRC systems.
  • Upload authorization conditions as system-level POA&Ms in eMASS and monitor their resolution.
  • Organize and associate all received documentation with applicable security controls within eMASS.
  • Maintain and update the DoD Cloud Process Guide, including all checklists, templates, forms, and guidance documents.

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Employee Housing to lead and elevate our employee housing portfolio, lead our housing team, and deliver a positive experience to more than 350 team members who are housed across our ten properties .

In this role you will be a solution seller by identifying opportunities to leverage TDS' full complement of solutions and technology offerings which encompass, hosted and premise-based VoIP solutions, managed services, and web security. You are a business-to-business sales professional and accountable for developing new business opportunities by cold calling and prospecting (door to door). You will focus on uncovering customer needs, understanding key business drivers, leveraging the latest technology, and delivering compelling TDS solutions to our prospects that meet their business needs in a timely manner.

Location: The Business Account Executive will have a prospecting territory of the Madison, Janesville, or Brookfield, WI areas, and will report to our Middleton, WI sales office five days per week for those in the area, or in a hybrid fashion for those outside of the Madison area.

What does a day in the life of a Business Account Executive at TDS look like?

You'll start by gathering with your team to start out your day. There will be a brief team meeting, opportunity to share successes, challenges, and plans as well as learn and share best practices. While there are some scheduled Team's Meetings, such as trainings, or 1 on 1s with your manager, the majority of your time will be spent prospecting, developing opportunities and closing and processing sales while creating your activity plan in our CRM (Salesforce).

Senior Account Executives are targeted to make $97,830+ per year (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities :
  • Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers as well as existing customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
  • Leverage the TDS CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer status and forecasting utilizing the CRM system for all new prospects and the existing strategic customer base.
  • Write and submit accurate and timely new customer orders following the established sales process. The SR Account Executive will also manage/place moves, adds, changes and deletion orders (MACD) for their existing customer base.
  • Conduct sales calls to determine customer needs, gain information, determine how TDS can help solve business challenges and effectively communicate TDS' value proposition to prospective customers and their existing customer base.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue growth for new and existing customer base. Make regular contact with existing base, building that relationship and growing the revenue's from those accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contacts and lead sources.
Qualifications : Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years sales experience.
  • 2+ years cold calling experience.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and have access to reliable transportation.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing, multi-system environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory using technology, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Track record of success in business-to-business sales.
  • Access to a cell phone.

Responsibilities :

About the Role: The Senior Associate, Capital Markets plays a central role in supporting portfolio economics, investor relations & reporting, and capital execution across the firm’s multifamily investment platform.


This position operates at the intersection of Asset Management, Finance, and Investor Relations, with responsibility for analyzing asset performance and ensuring the integrity of distribution and promote mechanics through advanced financial modeling and analysis. The role includes direct participation in investor meetings and production of investor reporting materials, requiring strong financial judgment, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and the ability to build, modify, and audit complex real estate financial models and joint venture waterfall structures.


The Senior Associate contributes to disciplined capital governance across the portfolio while serving as a key analytical partner to senior leadership.

Specific responsibilities include:


Investor Relations

  • Quarterly Investor Reporting

YOUR ROLE
