The Opportunity

Our mission is to provide innovative access to financial products that help RIAs secure their clients' financial futures and the Flourish Engineers play a key role in doing just that. We're seeking backend and full-stack engineers to help build a scalable platform. Cross functional collaboration is key to success and you will collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product, Design, Operations and Risk.

You will develop an understanding of at least one business line and partner with product managers and fellow engineers to solve complex business problems with software and deliver commercially feasible solutions. Working with other engineers, you will bring ideas from the whiteboard to reality, providing input to key architectural decisions, extending existing features, developing entirely new services and applications, and performing code reviews. You have working knowledge of distributed systems and application service frameworks, and are excited to work throughout the tech-stack to deliver a delightful experience for customers and coworkers.

The Team

Since 2017, Flourish has been on a mission to help financial advisors evolve from holistic advice to holistic implementation to more fully serve their clients and achieve better outcomes. We focus on independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), delivering financial products that advisors can't easily access today through beautiful, scalable, and easy-to-use technology.

Today, we work with over 900 RIAs that collectively represent more than $1.6T in assets under management across two products — Flourish Annuities and Flourish Cash — and with our recent acquisition of Sora Finance, we'll be adding a lending offering in 2026. Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) generates enormous volumes of data, but data alone does not create insight. We are building a Digital Engineering capability focused on transforming test intent into reusable knowledge through intuitive applications, scalable systems, and thoughtful architecture.

As a Digital Engineer – Full Stack & Systems Architecture, you will sit at the intersection of engineering workflows, software systems, and cloud platforms. Your mission is to empower BT&E engineers to work differently by designing and delivering digital products that shorten feedback loops, reduce friction, and accelerate learning from every test event.

This is not a traditional backend or data‐engineering role. You will design end‐to‐end solutions, working from initial understanding of engineer needs, to shaping application architecture, to implementing full‐stack solutions that integrate data, automation, and cloud services. You will partner closely with BT&E, BCA, BDS, and Wisk/Autonomy engineers to modernize how test data is accessed, explored, and operationalized across Boeing.

Position Responsibilities:

Digital Product & Application Development

• Design and develop full stack applications that improve test and evaluation workflows, decision making, and engineering productivity

• Develop front end and backend services using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, .NET)

• Build and maintain observability capabilities—including logs, metrics, and traces—to enable rapid diagnosis, performance optimization, and reliable operation of digital engineering systems

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the manufacturing of therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions. Associates are expected to execute process recipes, follow written procedures (SOPs), monitor equipment and processes, perform basic laboratory tasks, including pH, conductivity, sampling, and conduct routine sanitization tasks to maintain facility and equipment. The Senior Technical Account Manager (Sr. TAM) is responsible for managing and expanding a focused portfolio of strategic, enterprise-level accounts within a defined territory. This role requires ownership of multi-million-dollar revenue targets, executive-level relationship management, and the ability to drive account expansion through consultative, technically informed engagement.

This is not a support role. The Sr. TAM serves as a strategic advisor to Engineering Directors, VPs, CTOs, and QA leadership, ensuring delivery excellence while proactively identifying and executing growth opportunities within existing accounts.

The Sr. TAM will manage a high-touch portfolio of approximately 5–8 strategic enterprise accounts. Success in this role requires disciplined account planning, proactive client engagement, in-person relationship development, and the ability to creatively land and expand business across multiple stakeholders within complex organizations.

Responsibilities:

Account Ownership & Revenue Growth

• Own and manage a multi-million-dollar quota across a defined portfolio of 5–8 strategic enterprise accounts.
• Drive structured and strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives within existing customers.
• Identify whitespace opportunities across QA, automation, performance, security, and AI-enabled services.
• Close meaningful expansion deals, including engagements of $150K+.
• Develop creative, value-driven approaches to land-and-expand initiatives across Engineering Directors, VPs, and CTO-level stakeholders.
• Partner with delivery leadership to align technical execution with commercial growth objectives.

Executive Relationship Management

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Engineering Directors, VPs, CTOs, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Conduct regular in-person customer visits within assigned territory.
• Lead in-person Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on measurable outcomes, roadmap alignment, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for complex delivery or client challenges.

Strategic Account Planning & Execution

• Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic account plans for each assigned customer.
• Maintain clear documentation of stakeholder mapping, growth objectives, expansion pathways, and execution milestones.
• Track progress against defined revenue and relationship goals.
• Execute consistently against a structured path toward growth.
• Demonstrate strong organizational discipline in account tracking, forecasting, and internal coordination.
• Organization, planning rigor, and follow-through are critical success factors in this role.

Technical & AI Fluency

• Maintain broad knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their impact on software quality and engineering workflows.
• Proactively stay current on AI tools, automation advancements, and testing innovations.
• Translate AI-driven opportunities into relevant, business-aligned discussions with engineering stakeholders.
• Position QASource’s AI-augmented testing capabilities in alignment with customer technology strategies.

Technical & Delivery Alignment

• Collaborate closely with QA Managers, Engineering teams, and project leaders.
• Translate technical delivery insights into executive-level business value discussions.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure seamless integration of QASource services into client engineering environments.
• Demonstrate a practical understanding of how software is built, tested, and released within modern SDLC frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, or a related client-facing technical role.
• Proven ownership of multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
• Demonstrated success closing $150K+ expansion or new deals.
• Documented track record of expansion within a focused portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Experience managing a limited book of business (ideally 5–20 accounts; this role will manage 5–8).
• Direct experience working with Engineering Directors, VPs, CTOs, or C-suite stakeholders.
• Technology industry background specifically within software, SaaS, cloud platforms, DevOps, QA, or technical services environments.
• Demonstrated general understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and how Quality Assurance integrates into development processes.
• Prior experience engaging with engineering, QA, or product teams in a software delivery context.
• Strong executive presentation skills and ability to conduct in-person QBRs.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively mine and expand accounts.
• High level of organization and structured account planning discipline.
• Stable career progression.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in QA, software development, DevOps, or technical services environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, API integrations, performance testing, or AI-enabled testing tools.

• MBA or advanced technical degree (preferred but not required).

market and enterprise software companies. This is a quota-carrying role focused on

identifying and closing new logo opportunities within engineering organizations that build

and maintain complex software applications.

This role benefits from QASource’s strong marketing engine that consistently delivers

inbound and nurtured leads. You’ll be responsible for engaging and progressing these

opportunities as well as generating your own pipeline through outbound efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close new logo opportunities within software product companies, with a focus on engineering and QA leadership.
• Engage both inbound leads generated by marketing and self-sourced opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Understand common QA challenges (e.g., test coverage, scalability, automation limits, technical debt) and map them to QASource’s service offerings.
• Conduct discovery, coordinate with technical pre-sales for solution design, and drive deals through the full sales cycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or consulting.
• Track record of closing new logo deals in a multi-stakeholder sales cycle.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA processes (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Understanding of AI/LLM use cases in software lifecycle.
• Proven ability to align technical services with business outcomes.
• Comfortable engaging with technical and executive decision-makers.
• Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specific knowledge of software QA services—including manual testing, test automation, API testing, and performance/security testing—is a strong plus.

• $95,000 - $120,000 per annum (+Variable).
