Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Manager to drive end-to-end delivery, development, and support. This role requires a strong mix of Salesforce development, administration, and stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Jira Ticket Ownership & Delivery

  • Own Jira tickets from analysis, estimation, development to deployment
  • Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes
  • Identify improvements from recurring support requests

Salesforce Development (Hands-On)

  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, and test classes
  • Build Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Write efficient SOQL queries
  • Support integrations (APIs, middleware coordination)

Salesforce Administration

  • Configure Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Page Layouts
  • Manage Assignment Rules and Approval Processes
  • Perform data operations (data loads, cleansing, deduplication)
