Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Process Engineer with a strong background in EPC project execution, proven history of developing FEED packages for chemicals/fuels and novel process scale-up, to assist with the design, commissioning and deployment of our first-of-a-kind (FOAK) methane-to-methanol conversion technology.

This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development and commissioning of a transformative, cost-effective chemicals production technology. In this role you will work in a multidisciplinary engineering team and support key engineering efforts across FEED, detailed design, fabrication, and start-up, partnering closely with EPC contractors, technology partners, and internal R&D teams.

This role is ideal for a mid-career level process engineer who is eager to apply EPC discipline to emerging clean technologies, and help scale innovative gas-to-chemicals solutions to commercial reality.

●     Proven experience in process scale-up, especially in novel or first-of-a-kind technologies, and working with

●     Deep understanding of gas processing, hydrocarbon separation, and reactor-based systems (preferably

methanol synthesis or syngas conversion)

●     Demonstrated ability to translate process requirements into industrial-grade engineering packages and work

effectively with multidisciplinary EPC teams

●     Strong hands-on experience with process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS)

●     Field experience with plant commissioning, troubleshooting, and start-up

●     Knowledge of process automation, instrumentation, and control systems is a plus

●   Strong understanding of process safety, with experience conducting and implementing HAZOP

recommendations

●     Experience in early-stage clean tech, startups, or FOAK commercialization environments

●     Knowledge of renewable natural gas (RNG), syngas processing, or alternative fuels

• Manage and support enterprise DNS infrastructure (internal and external), ensuring accurate zone configurations, record management, delegation, and adherence to naming standards.
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability; proactively identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions and long-term improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents involving Infoblox, Nutanix, Windows Server, DNS, networking, and related dependencies, including participation in on-call rotations.
• Implement and maintain security best practices on servers and platforms, including patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation, and adherence to compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation (runbooks, architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures) for infrastructure components and services.
• Collaborate with network, security, application, and service desk teams to deliver reliable services, support projects, and streamline operational processes.
• Participate in infrastructure projects such as migrations, upgrades, data center changes, cloud integrations, and DR/BCP initiatives.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and available APIs (e.g., Infoblox, Nutanix) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Contribute to capacity and lifecycle planning, including hardware/software refresh, license management, and roadmap proposals for core platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure/Operations Engineer or similar role with hands-on responsibility for core infrastructure.
• Strong experience administering Infoblox DDI solutions (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), including grid management, high availability, and role-based access.
• Solid experience with Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure (e.g., AOS, Prism, AHV or other hypervisors on Nutanix), including cluster operations and troubleshooting.
• In-depth experience with Windows Server operating systems (2016/2019/2022 or later), including installation, configuration, patching, and performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of DNS concepts and operations (zone types, record types, forwarding, split-brain DNS, reverse lookup zones, conditional forwarders, etc.).
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, load balancers) as they relate to DNS, DHCP, and virtualized infrastructure.
• Experience with scripting/automation (Ansible and Powershell).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for server and infrastructure health (e.g., OEM tools or APM/monitoring platforms).
• Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze logs, traces, and metrics to identify root cause.
• Experience documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to play a key role in improving the efficiency, capability, and reliability of our warehouse technologies. In this role, you will design and develop technical solutions, write high‑quality code, and collaborate closely with DevOps, Networking, and Server teams to enhance delivery, stability, and security across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to design architecture and automation solutions
• Partner with facilities and developers to select and implement conveyance and warehouse automation technology
• Ensure solutions follow SOLID principles and leverage appropriate design patterns
• Produce design documentation for enterprise and division‑level systems
• Provide high‑level effort estimates for new projects and enhancements
• Participate in Agile sprint planning by estimating features and stories
• Develop high‑quality software independently using SQL, C#, HTML, Bootstrap (or similar), and/or PLC/ladder logic
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate on deployment plans
• Partner with DevOps and development teams to grow CI/CD maturity and tooling
• Identify, address, and reduce technical debt across systems
• Recommend tools and best practices to improve speed, quality, and security
• Maintain confidentiality and support additional duties as assigned
