DUTIES

  • Identify and assess investment opportunities in companies across several sub‑sectors of U.S. Tech & Consumer across private and public stages.
  • Evaluate, conduct due diligence, and execute investments.
  • Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and help to lead them into public listing or divestment.
  • Lead due diligence, financial modelling, draft of investment papers, co‑ordination of internal approval processes and finalization of legal documentation in transaction processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving investing in the areas of private equity, growth, or public markets.
  • Experience specified must include each of the following:
  • 3 years of experience with financial analysis to support investment decision utilizing general accounting and finance principles including Profit & Loss modeling and valuation analysis.

About the Role

This senior leadership role blends deep technical expertise with business transformation strategy. The Director of Technology Solutions will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders across Fortune 100 enterprises, driving large-scale technology and business transformation through the use of Data, AI, Cloud, and Engineering services. What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership and Transformation

  • Serve as the primary technical strategist and executive advisor to C-suite stakeholders, articulating how integrated data, AI, cloud, and engineering solutions enable innovation, operational excellence, and market differentiation.
  • Lead executive-level strategy sessions and transformation roadmap discussions that align Insight Global's technology portfolio offering with the client's strategic priorities.

What You’ll Bring

  • 20+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or technical sales, including 8+ years engaging with Fortune 100 clients.
  • Strong technical expertise across Data architectures, AI/ML platforms, Cloud ecosystems (Azure, GCP, AWS), and modern application/engineering disciplines.

The Pantas and Ting Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology (SCET) at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach experiential-based courses in SCET, housed within the College of Engineering, should an opening arise. The number of positions varies from semester to semester (Spring, Summer and Fall) depending on the needs of the department.



UC Berkeley's SCET is the premier institution for the study and practice of entrepreneurship and technology innovation. SCET's mission is to empower innovators to positively change the world and believe mindsets and behaviors matter, diversity adds value, and innovators should be responsible for what they create. Since 2005, SCET has created the foundation of Berkeley's entrepreneurship ecosystem and is known for developing the Berkeley Method, an internationally recognized approach to teaching technology entrepreneurship to undergraduate students, innovation to graduate students, and technology firm leadership to executives and professionals. SCET is where aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators take a deep dive into the world of entrepreneurship and technology innovation. SCET courses offer students the opportunity to learn from experts in their fields, as well as their classmates, and address real-world problems through hands-on group projects. Students have the chance to build networks, learn how to start and grow their own start up, and strengthen transferrable skills in areas such as leadership, teamwork, and communication. The mindsets and skills introduced in SCET classes prepare students to become innovative leaders in their industry, jobs or ventures regardless of the field.



SCET hires a number of qualified professionals and academics to hold temporary lecturer appointments to lend variety and subject matter expertise to our core topics. The topics in our Fall, Spring and Summer curriculum may include but are not limited to: Technology Entrepreneurship, the Berkeley Method of Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Product Management, and other advanced topics and challenge labs in entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology including, but not limited to environmental sustainability, plant based foods, smart cities, future of work, health technology, sports technology, and other emerging technologies and industries.



SCET hires for both lecturer and Teacher Special Program (TSP) positions. TSPs teach short courses on one or more of the topic areas listed. Most TSP courses are taught in a 'bootcamp' format in August and January. Lecturers and TSPs are responsible for the course syllabus, curriculum development and delivery, holding office hours, student assessment through relevant projects, presentations, problem sets, exams, and/or class attendance and participation, and assigning grades.

For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct the identification and recommendation of solutions, upgrades, or decommissioning options with a focus on usability, productivity, and total cost of ownership
  • Develop and execute solutions that minimize reactive work and maximize strategic impact
  • Collaborate with business and IT subject matter experts to design end-to-end solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience with data integration patterns and tools
  • Understanding of networks and security across on-premise and cloud environments
  • Experience with vendor management tools and enterprise architecture integration

Responsibilities:
  • Performs daily and weekly inspections on games.
  • Repairs electronics in park, advises supervisor of repairs/parts needed.
  • Assists Technical Services full-time team as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.Β 
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.Β
