Toro Construction Corp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our General Contracting Division. This role plays a critical part in both managing construction projects from start to finish and driving the preconstruction/estimating process for public and private sector work. Key Responsibilities
Project Management Duties:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects through full lifecycle – scope, schedule, cost, quality, and team.
- Collaborate with Superintendents to develop and maintain the Master Schedule; review and update weekly.
- Serve as the primary client contact; establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and control project budgets; proactively manage costs to avoid overruns.

Estimating / Preconstruction Duties:
- Lead estimating for new opportunities, from bid identification to submission.
- Coordinate and lead weekly estimating meetings.

- Oversee and mentor estimating team members.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
- Estimate self-performed scopes such as carpentry and drywall when applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in construction project management and estimating.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Proven ability to complete projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Familiarity with public work/government contract projects.
- PMP Certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in: Bluebeam, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procore, Building Connected.

Position Summary

This individual will play a key role in supporting project management teams through all phases of construction and assisting with the estimating process for upcoming work. Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned projects and tasks, reporting directly to Project Managers or Division Leaders.

Toro Construction Corp is seeking an experienced and hands-on Superintendent to oversee field operations for a variety of general contracting projects. As the on-site leader, the Superintendent will ensure construction is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is vital to the successful delivery of projects and serves as the key liaison between field teams, subcontractors, and project management.

- Oversee day-to-day on-site operations on construction projects from mobilization to closeout.

Project Overview:
As part of the Hampton Roads Connector Partners (HRCP) Joint Venture (JV) consisting of VINCI Construction, Dragados, and Flatiron has been selected to construct the $3.3BN Design Build project – the largest civil construction contract ever awarded by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
The project scope across a 9-mile section of the I-64 will include: a new 3.5-mile bridge-tunnel crossing that will accommodate a total of 8 lanes of capacity across the water, replacement of the existing marine approach bridges and the addition of a third lane on I-64 in each direction. The twin 45’ diameter 1.5-mile tunnels will be bored by TBM, creating the second largest TBM tunnel opening for a TBM in North America. The project is expected to continue to the beginning of 2027.
Responsibilities:
As a Civil Works General Superintendent on the $3.3BN Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project (HRBT) in Virginia, you will schedule, coordinate, and supervise production and workforce engaged on your assigned area of the project.
- Supervises assigned project work and liaises between field engineering, estimating, and workforce to ensure
- project compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
- Plans work methods, materials, equipment needs, and work schedule for assigned project work. Reviews
- daily work schedule with direct reports, and provides input for weekly/monthly schedule updates based on
- project feedback.
- Reviews and understands the project specifications to support job setup activities. Works with work crews,
- field engineers and local utility companies to identify hazardous areas on the job site.
- Presents production work plan during initial project meeting to ensure all project crews and leaders are in

- Coordinates with the internal equipment team and external vendors to ensure that the project is equipped with

Qualifications and Skills:

- 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience (roads/bridges/marine/tunneling), with at least 3+ years of management experience required.

Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is a designated critical access hospital committed to providing quality health care service to residents in Crawford, Franklin and Washington counties.
The hospital has enhanced and expanded the health care services available to the greater Sullivan community with its state-of-the-art emergency department, modern childbirth center, critical care unit, multiroom surgical suite, expanded cardiac rehab services, and a cancer center. A 22,500 square-foot medical office building provides offices for primary care physicians as well as space for a variety of visiting medical and surgical specialists from the St. Louis area.
Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital operates four rural health clinics providing quality health care to surrounding communities. In addition, the hospital operates a comprehensive Therapy and Rehabilitation department and an award-winning Wound Care Center with two hyperbaric chambers.

Role Purpose
The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care after completing a nursing program and before licensure. Will be required to obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation from an accredited school of nursing to remain employed in a HSO in the state of Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Educates patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication administration.
- Uses critical thinking skills to assess and evaluate patient's physical, psychosocial and emotional needs.
- Develops and implements individual plans of care in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team in accordance with the established guidelines and standards of nursing care. Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.

Responsibilities

The Contract Manager oversees the full lifecycle of contracts, permit applications, and related legal instruments for a portfolio of real estate development projects. This role will be responsible for drafting, executing, change management, and closing out contracts and permits within the assigned portfolio. The role will also collaborate with internal business units, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders to advance project objectives while ensuring compliance with all applicable internal policies, external regulations, and operational standards.
This a full-time, exempt role, in the office located at 500 Boylston Street, Boston, MA on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays, remote on Monday and Fridays. The role may be required to be in the office on Mondays and Fridays as needed and may transition to fully onsite at some point in the future.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts across a portfolio of development projects, utilizing contract management systems and structured file repositories to complete timely data entry, organize documentation, and accurately track updates and milestones.

- Responsible for compiling monthly portfolio reports to ensure all internal and external stakeholders receive the necessary status and progress updates.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, finance, or equivalent experience
- Contract Law Certification is preferred (NCMA or another accredited program)
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in managing a portfolio of commercial contracts, procurement, or in another capacity directly reviewing, drafting, or contracts.
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in real estate development, construction, environmental, architectural, or engineering field preferred.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:
Freehold Capital Management offers competitive compensation that includes base salary, bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. We reasonably expect the US salary for this full-time, exempt position to be $95,000-125,000 plus bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location and reflect the minimum and maximum target for the position.
