Key Responsibilities
Personal Support

Change Management Strategy
- Lead the design and execution of advanced change management strategies for clients adopting Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor or masters degree in Business, Organisational Development, Information Technology, Anthropology or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in adoption and change management, with at least some exposure to configuring or supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 products, Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or similar conversational AI tools is highly desirable.
Certifications:
- Relevant change management certification (e.g. PROSCI) required. Or significant proven track record and specific detailed knowledge of change frameworks.

Sprouts Cooking School is Indiana’s only dedicated cooking school for children, offering classes, camps, and birthday parties for ages 3–14.
Responsibilities
Operational & Leadership
- Coordinate staff schedules using 7Shifts and ensure appropriate coverage for classes and events
- Support teachers and team members to ensure classes run smoothly and operational standards are upheld
- Monitor staff clock-in/clock-out accuracy and address attendance or scheduling issues as needed
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff to support a positive and professional team environment
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
Administrative & Operational Coordination
- Prepare a weekly operations report for the owner summarizing staffing, operational updates, and any guest concerns
- Send weekly communication updates to teachers and staff regarding upcoming classes and operational notes
- Maintain organized operational systems including prep sheets, class materials, and internal documentation
- Monitor internal communication channels and respond to team questions in a timely manner
- Respond to guest emails and questions
Class & Event Support
- Ensure classes, camps, and birthday parties are properly prepared and staffed
- Coordinate with kitchen and prep staff to ensure ingredients and materials are ready for classes and that allergen safety standards are upheld
- Help ensure the kitchen and studio remain clean, organized, and prepared for scheduled programs
- Ensure families receive professional, responsive, and welcoming service
- Support coordination of private and community events
Studio Leadership Presence
- Periodically observe classes in person to support staff and monitor operations
- Assist with troubleshooting operational issues that arise during classes or events
- Help maintain the polished, welcoming environment that Sprouts families expect
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, education, communications, or a related field required (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of professional experience in hospitality, operations, event coordination, or team leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience coordinating teams, schedules, or operational systems
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Polished, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with children in a structured setting preferred
- ServSafe certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- This role requires strong emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to lead a team in a calm, solutions-oriented manner.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a structured setting
Schedule Requirements
- Evening and weekend availability required during the school year
- Daytime availability required during summer camp season (Monday–Friday)

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation
Part-time- 20 hours per week

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Event Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead all revenue-driving initiatives tied to The Lilian and Passes-produced creator events. This role will own:
1. Space Rental Sales & Account ManagementRenting out The Lilianincluding our podcast studio, music studio, and event spaceto external partners, creators, agencies, and brands.
2. Event Sponsorship SalesSelling sponsorship packages for Passes-produced events including content houses (e.g., Coachella), seasonal events (e.g., Creator Holiday Party), creator workshops, and community programming.
3. Event Operations & LogisticsActing as the bridge between the client and the internal Passes team to ensure flawless executionfrom contracting through day-of event management.
This is a highly cross-functional, revenue-generating role ideal for someone who thrives in sales, partnerships, experiential events, and creator-centric environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Space Sales & Rentals (The Lilian)- Lead all inbound and outbound sales efforts to secure rentals for the Passes HQ event space, podcast studio, and music studio.
- Develop, maintain, and grow a strong pipeline of creators, production teams, agencies, and brand partners.
- Conduct tours, build proposals, draft contracts, and negotiate terms end-to-end.
- Own all rental logistics including schedules, AV needs, vendor coordination, check-ins/outs, and onsite support.
- Build repeatable rental processes to scale utilization and maximize revenue.
- Package, pitch, and sell sponsorship integrations for Passes-owned events (e.g., Coachella content house, Creator Summits, seasonal events, workshops).
- Create compelling sponsorship decks, pricing models, and activation concepts grounded in creator community insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with brand partners, agencies, and experiential teams across verticals.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creator Success, and Production teams to align sponsorship deliverables with event programming.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all rental and sponsorship clientsensuring a white-glove experience from contract signing to day-of execution.
- Develop run-of-show documents, coordinate load-ins, manage vendor relationships, and support onsite operations as needed.
- Partner with internal teams including Production, Comms, Creator Success, and Finance to ensure seamless and professional execution.
- Maintain detailed documentation, invoices, contracts, calendars, and operational workflows.
- Forecast rental and sponsorship revenue accurately and consistently.
- Track KPIs including space utilization, client retention, revenue performance, and sponsorship ROI.
- Conduct market research on competitive venues, experiential trends, and sponsorship best practices.
- Propose scalable systems to optimize The Lilian's calendar, rental pricing, sponsorship packaging, and operational efficiency.
- 37+ years of experience in event sales, venue management, experiential marketing, partnerships, hospitality sales, or related fields.
- Proven track record in revenue-driving rolesselling venue rentals, sponsorships, or experiential activations.
- Strong understanding of event logistics, production workflows, and onsite operations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with shifting priorities.
- Ability to work select evenings, weekends, and event days as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), Tripleseat (or similar), (or similar), Google Suite, decks, and basic financial documentation.
- Experience managing certificates of insurance (COIs) for all events to ensure third-party vendors meet required liability coverage.
