The Electrical Control Engineer designs, develops, programs, and maintains automated control systems used in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure environments. The role focuses on improving system efficiency, reliability, and safety through PLCs, machine vision, HMIs, robotics, and industrial networks.
Responsibilities:
- This is a hands-on position involving designing, building, and troubleshooting automated equipment.
- Design and maintain novel automated systems and solutions that contribute to current manufacturing and scale up of manufacturing operations to eventual commercialization.
- Project management of electrical and controls projects.
- Design control schemes, circuits, power distribution, high/low voltage, electrical panels, and layouts.

Position Summary
The IS Epic Cache Database Administrator will be responsible for implementing and supporting Epic Database Solutions that take into account appropriate redundancy, availability, scalability, security and manageability requirements of Lakeland Regional Health’s IS Department. This individual will be part of a team that is responsible for the technical strategy, vision, architecture and evolution of LRH’s Epic implementation(s), infrastructure and ancillary technologies. This is a technical position providing analysis, configuration, maintenance, modification and monitoring of all Epic Caché and SQL databases. The ideal individual understands and supports best practices and requirements for data storage, database architecture, tuning, maintenance and reporting, ensuring hardware and software compatibility and optimization. This individual assists in and supports personnel in determining databases are available, backed up regularly, and can be restored. Participates in, and evaluates installations (server and database binaries), tests, and implementations of system hardware, clustering technologies, software, manufacturer’s maintenance releases and utilities. Standard Work: IS Epic Cache Database Administrator
- Implements, manages and maintains the Epic SQL Database infrastructure, including installing/upgrading and/or deploying Epic applications on servers and clients using Kuiper, and System Pulse. Installs database software (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server or InterSystems Caché)
- Manage and maintain Epic databases for Hyperspace, EPS, Web BLOB, Hyperspace Web, BCA, MyChart, Carelink\Healthy Planet, Haiku, Rover, Care Everywhere, Home Health, Kuiper, and System Pulse services
- Performs technical analysis, configuration, maintenance, modification and monitoring of databases on a variety of platforms including SQL, Cache, Windows Server OS and Linux
- Uses processes for monitoring performance of installed systems or services and takes corrective actions when necessary. Uses tools for capacity planning, reporting, and proactive problem solving. Screen and analyze application performance for potential bottlenecks, specify possible solutions, and act jointly with developers to apply those fixes

Workday Technical Analyst II
Position Highlights:
- The Technical Analyst II serves as a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, representing the first point of escalation from the Service Center. This role is responsible for handling complex technical troubleshooting and issue resolution, as well as fielding integration-related inquiries.
- The Technical Analyst II evaluates the impact of cross-functional Workday configuration requests from the business, ensuring alignment with system governance and operational best practices. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of multiple ERP/Workday modules, the ability to analyze technical dependencies, and a collaborative approach to supporting enterprise applications and integrations.
- This role is also responsible for report catalog management. Maintain the enterprise report catalog by owning and maintaining the integrity of the organization's enterprise-wide report catalog. Ensure reports remain functional following Workday and system updates. Performs periodic audits to verify usage, accuracy, and relevance of existing reports; recommends decommissioning or updates where appropriate.

- Serve as the escalation point for unresolved technical issues from the Service Center.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues, including those involving business processes, tenant settings, calculated fields, reporting, and advanced tools such as Studio, and BIRT.
- Review and assess the impact of configuration change requests from business units, particularly those that affect multiple functional areas or fall outside of safe zones.
- Maintain documentation of complex issues, resolutions, and configuration decisions.
- Migrate configuration resolutions from lower development tenants to Production.

This role reports to and is empowered by our Chief Design Officer, Amy Thibodeau.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Set the Creative Vision: Define and evolve our brand’s visual identity, voice, and storytelling across all platforms with a focus on our owned web properties like , and marketing channels
- Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and empower a team of designers, writers, and creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, feedback, and innovation.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Oversee creative execution across website, digital, tv, social, product marketing, and events, ensuring every touchpoint is cohesive and impactful.
- Be Hands-On: While leading strategy, roll up your sleeves when needed—whether it's concepting, reviewing work, or jumping in to refine a campaign.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Gusto Senior Leadership to align creative strategy with business objectives and internal client needs.
- Operationally Excellent: deliver high quality creative on time, at a high velocity, aligned with stakeholder expectations and briefs
- Client Service Mindset: Ensure internal teams—our clients—feel heard, supported, and excited by the creative process and outcomes.
- Approve Final Assets: Provide clear, high-quality creative direction and sign off on final deliverables to maintain brand integrity.
- Measure Creative Impact: Define and track KPIs for brand and creative success, ensuring we’re delivering measurable results.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of design, storytelling, and brand trends, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 15+ years of experience in brand design, advertising, or creative direction, preferably in startups, tech, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of leading and growing creative teams, with strong management and mentorship skills.
- Expert-level design and brand craft—you have exceptional taste and can articulate what makes great creative work great.
- Experience working across multiple mediums (digital, video, print, social, experiential, etc.).
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and user experience.
- Ability to balance creativity with business impact, aligning creative work with company objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—you know how to advocate for great creative while bringing people along.
- Resilient, adaptable, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced, get-sh*t-done startup environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with TV advertising, commercial production, or high-impact brand campaigns.
- Background in design systems and product marketing creative.
- Knowledge of growth marketing and performance-driven creative.
- Familiarity with AI and emerging creative technologies.
