The Office of Development is seeking a Senior Writer, Philanthropic Narratives, who can balance creativity with analytical thinking to advance our messaging strategyβensuring our stories clearly communicate organizational priorities and celebrate the impact of philanthropic support.
Reporting to the Manager of Donor Relations, the Senior Writer serves as a strategic storytelling partner, shaping and elevating the organizationβs most critical philanthropic narratives. This role leads the development of comprehensive campaign cases for support, compelling major and principal gift proposals, donor monographs, and impactful long-form stewardship communicationsβensuring every piece clearly articulates vision, urgency, and measurable impact.
As a trusted writer and advisor to senior leadership and campaign stakeholders, this position leads narrative development from concept through final deliveryβensuring clarity, credibility, alignment, and inspiration across high-stakes donor materials.
Responsibilities
- Leads the development of enterprise-level philanthropic narratives that articulate urgency, impact, and vision. Serve as a trusted writing partner to senior leadership, campaign volunteers, and other key stakeholders.
- Create and steward strong thematic frameworks across campaigns, proposals, and stewardship publications. Support both campaign-driven and stewardship-focused storytelling across the donor lifecycle.
- Translate complex organizational priorities, program strategies, and financial needs into clear, persuasive donor-facing narratives. Apply editorial judgment to synthesize inputs into disciplined, donor-centric storytelling, maintaining consistency of voice, tone, and narrative direction across high-visibility materials.
- Write and manage the development of major gift proposals, campaign monographs, and long-form philanthropic communications. Guide materials through multiple review cycles, managing feedback and revisions. Conduct interviews with executives, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional partners to capture institutional perspective and nuance.
- Collaborate closely with partners across the National Office, including but not limited to development, finance, program, and marketing, to align narratives with fundraising strategy, brand standards, and audience expectations.
- Ensure all materials align with organizational brand standards and fundraising best practices. Adapt narratives as priorities evolve while preserving coherence, focus, and editorial excellence.

Education
Bachelorβs Degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional writing experience, with a strong portfolio of long-form, audience-specific, donor-facing, and/or executive-level content; experience in philanthropy, non-profit fundraising, higher education, healthcare, and/or other mission-driven organizations.
- Must pass a criminal history background check.
Any work-related experience resulting in acceptable proficiency levels in the above Minimum Qualifications is an acceptable substitute for the above-specified education and experience requirements.
Preference
Experience serving as an in-house writer within a nonprofit, foundation, or other mission-driven organization, with direct exposure to fundraising or development operations.
Primary Purpose of the Job:
The Pharmacist is responsible for directing all aspects of the pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medication and acting as a resource for the provision of medication information for customers and pharmacy technicians. Develops and implements pharmacy strategies and ensures regulatory compliance within all states. Leads pharmacy team and provides day-to-day direction to ensure accurate and timely medication availability and a high level customer experience.
Essential Duties
- Maintain current licensure in all 50 U.S. states and keep up with regulatory state law and other licensure changes and updates.
- Obtain and maintain licensure in all U.S. states where the Pharmacist in Charge is required to be licensed.
- Verify and sign-off on orders/prescriptions for safe dosing, interactions, duplications, and cost-effectiveness.
- Verify prescription information entered in the system by data entry or order entry.
- Ensure all prescription vaccines, needles, syringes and other restricted items are properly dispensed and stored according to the specific regulations for each state.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding the profession of pharmacy practice and veterinary and internet pharmacy practices.
- Advise company leadership on legal compliance regarding pharmacy laws for each state and other regulatory compliance issues to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
- Provide ongoing coaching, development and recognition of pharmacy team through annual performance reviews, coordination of training and other development opportunities to help improve individual and company performance metrics.
- Review Pharmacy products and related product description information with the Merchandising team
- Maintain accurate records of employee work hours, time off and other absences. Process payroll timesheets and approve time off accordingly.
- Research and facilitate continuing education opportunities for team to ensure maintenance of current licenses and satisfy other state requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments on special projects, pharmacy education, and continuous improvement opportunities to reduce errors and increase efficiencies.
- Evaluate monographs for pharmacy products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Interpret prescriptions and contact veterinarians and/or customers to verify information on prescriptions such as drug strength, prescription signature and drug name in order to expedite processing of orders.
- Participate in all applicable state and NABP Healthcare Merchant Accreditation audits.
- Review monthly pharmacy reports and financial statistics and provide recommendations to management.
- Conduct team meetings and attend various cross-function team meetings as required.
- Provide back up support for processing orders and other day to day technician duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree recognized from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).

- Ability and desire to obtain and maintain pharmacist licensure in other states as required.

Technical Leadership & Method Development:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Microbiology, is accountable for developing and overseeing the implementation of the Contamination Control Strategy including disinfectant efficacy, aseptic processes and techniques, and microbial method validations. The incumbent collaborates with multiple stakeholders to ensure the execution of contamination control policies across all functions.
Additional responsibilities include leading the day-to-day operations of the Microbiology Laboratory, setting the direction of the Microbiology Laboratory operations, and developing and overseeing environmental monitoring program.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Accountable for the implementation and lifecycle management of the Contamination Control Strategy.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the risk of contamination, identifying potential sources of contamination and developing strategies to mitigate the risk.
- Lead the Sterility Assurance program including aseptic process simulations, drug product sterility testing, endotoxin, and bioburden testing, testing of utilities and environmental monitoring testing.
- Provide guidance on aseptic processing for all aseptic area personnel and apply best aseptic practices and associated international aseptic processing regulations. Promote the continuous improvement in aseptic technique culture/behavior.

- Develop and perform aseptic training and operator qualification program.

As a Clinical Pharmacist you will:
- Serve as the inpatient pharmacy lead and point of contact for hematology and oncology Epic Beacon protocol build

About the Role
Weβre looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning across our core and growth initiatives. - Evaluate drug efficacy, monitor therapeutic goals and outcomes, and review for contraindications/precautions

- Communicate recommendations directly with provider
- Electronically document interventions and provide sign out as appropriate
- Opportunities to serve as a preceptor for both pharmacy students and residents
- Provide drug information to allied healthcare professionals and fulfill provider-initiated pharmacy consults
- Assist with projects such as MUEs, drug monographs, and performance improvement activities
- Review and interpret provider orders and dispense medication
- Coordinate and supervise work-place activities
- Assume responsibility of the satellite pharmacies including the sterile product processing in the IV Admixture Service lab and OR pharmacy
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required
- ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency preferred or equivalent experience (3 years acute care)
- Board certification preferred
