The Opportunity
The Senior Project Manager will lead large scale projects from preconstruction through completion, managing internal project teams while working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the high standards and reputation the company has built within the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects valued up to $100M+ from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents
- Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with field leadership
- Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination meetings
- Review subcontractor scopes, manage procurement strategy, and oversee contract administration
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget targets
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained across all phases of construction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business

Qualifications
- 8 to 15+ years of experience within commercial construction

- Experience working for a General Contractor in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and contract administration

Applied Research Associates is looking for an individual to support field testing with the engineering/scientific staff stationed at Applied Moriarty Range (AMR) located just east of Moriarty, NM, with possible work at Kirtland Air Force Base and White Sands Missile Range locations. The candidate will be supporting fabrication of structures and test articles, which includes welding/cutting, carpentry, machining, concrete placements, heavy equipment operations, plumbing, mechanics, pneumatics, and surveying. JOB SUMMARY
Works under the supervision of the Environmental Services Manager or Supervisor. Follows established procedures for cleaning and maintaining patient areas. Performs other duties as assigned.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
- Follows Hospital and department policies and procedures.
- Selects cleaning materials and supplies, transports to assigned work area.
- Disinfects all areas of the patient rooms and patient care areas, nursing stations, lobbies, cafeteria, chapel, public restrooms, ancillary areas, office areas as well as vacuuming hallway/lobby entrance mats,
- Maintains elevators, stairways, vents, light fixtures and all carpeting and hard floors.
- Responds to patient housekeeping requests.
- Prepares discharged patient rooms for new admissions.
- Adheres to all safety and infection control guidelines.
- Complies with isolation policies as indicated by protocol.
- Reports maintenance/repairs issues noted during course of housekeeping work.
- Removes regular and bio-hazard trash according to procedure and protocol in assigned areas.

The Acute Dialysis Unit provides inpatient dialysis services at 2 locations: MUSC Main Hospital has a 10-bed unit located on the fifth floor of the Main Hospital Building. Ashley River Tower and Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital is supported with a 4-bed unit located on the 6th floor of ART. Service is provided 24/7. The two Dialysis Units are fully staff Monday through Saturday 06:30-19:00. After hours/Sundays are covered by limited in-house and on call coverage. Due to clinical needs, we may run patients in their inpatient room as a bedside procedure. Patients commonly treated by the dialysis unit include acute and chronic renal failure patients admitted as inpatient under various medical services for various acute conditions. We also support Renal Transplant patients working through their transplant process. These patient populations do include both Adults and Pediatrics. Primary services include Hemodialysis, but we also support transfusions, antibiotic therapy, and peritoneal dialysis support.Up to $10k sign-on bonus for full-time position with a 2-year service agreement for external candidates who have a minimum of 2-years of Dialysis experience.

- It is expected that the PCP will engage with the hospitalist whenever one of their patients is in the hospital (regardless of whether the hospitalist works for ChenMed or not).
- The PCP is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination and documentation for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs.
- The PCP leads their care team consisting of care promoter (medical assistant), care facilitator, and care coordinator for patients able to come to the office.
- For patients that are unable to come to the office-in hospital, SNF, LTC or homebound, PCP will engage with the transitional care team and others including case managers, acute and transitional-care physicians, and other resources that may be available depending on the market.
- PCP will have an active role in the management of their center and will help cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. It is also expected that each PCP will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and additional providers for the company.
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.

PAY RANGE:
$221,141 - $315,915 SalaryThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. - The PCP will take full accountability for patient care and outcomes and will appropriately seek consultation from specialists when needed, though will still stay involved in, and be responsible for, the detailed care of the patient.
- It is expected that the PCP will engage with the hospitalist whenever one of their patients is in the hospital (regardless of whether the hospitalist works for ChenMed or not).
- The PCP is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination and documentation for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs.
- The PCP leads their care team consisting of care promoter (medical assistant), care facilitator, and care coordinator for patients able to come to the office.
- For patients that are unable to come to the office-in hospital, SNF, LTC or homebound, PCP will engage with the transitional care team and others including case managers, acute and transitional-care physicians, and other resources that may be available depending on the market.
- PCP will have an active role in the management of their center and will help cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. It is also expected that each PCP will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and additional providers for the company.
- Supervises, collaborates with, participates with, or functions within a practice or collaborative agreement with an Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) and remains accountable for the actions of the APP while employed with the company.
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.

- Physician Leadership is integral to good healthcare, so the PCP must be willing to continuously work to develop and improve leadership skills for the benefit of one's patients, their team, their center and the company.

At the same time, PCPs will always be looking for ways to continuously and systematically improve their practice of medicine and the operations of their center.

- Self-Care - A PCP can take the best care for their patients when they are adequately caring for themselves. That means physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Physician wellness is important for sustainability and promoting the health of physicians, staff, and patients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software as used in the company
- Ability and willingness to travel locally as needed in their market, if applicable, nationally for initial training (2 weeks) and then occasionally regionally and nationally for recruiting or training purposes.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written. There may be jobs in some centers that require fluency in other languages, and this will be made known at the time of application.

- Flexible to work evening, weekends and/or holidays as needed
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required
- Must be able to obtain a State Medical License or already have a current, active State Medical License for the state(s) in which he/she will be working
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty is preferred. Board Eligibility is required
- Once Board certified, PCP will maintain board certification in their specialty by doing necessary MOC, CME and/or retaking board exams as required
- Must have a current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required w/in first 90 days of employment.
$221,141 - $315,915 Salary The posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
