LIGHT is looking for a HIGHLY MOTIVATED, FOCUSED individual to be part of our fun sports-oriented team. The ideal candidate must have excellent multi-tasking skills and perform a wide variety of duties including: 

·       Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
• ISO 9001 certification preferred
• Key Responsibilities 

o        Quality Oversight

• Manage all quality-related aspects of our products
• Oversee lot acceptance and inventory management
• Develop inspection standard operating procedures (SOPs) and acceptance criteria
• Monitor and ensure paint quality standards

o        Vendor and Product Compliance

• Manage vendor quality control procedures
• Ensure product compliance with internal and external standards

o        Quality System Management

• Oversee internal quality systems
• Maintain and update the quality management system to ensure compliance with the SEI Program Manual
• Lead SEI audit preparations and communications with the auditor

o        Product Testing

• Coordinate NOCSAE testing (initial and annual)
• Schedule testing and collaborate with production to build helmets for quality testing
• Manage in-house lab testing of products
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment
• Train lab technicians on helmet and component testing procedures
• Archive and manage testing data

o        Training and Documentation

• Train staff on quality inspection protocols
• Ensure ongoing compliance through regular training
• Handle documentation and reporting related to quality processes
• Compensation
• Base Salary $78,500-98,500
• Employee Stock Ownership plan after 12 months of contiguous employment
• Target Bonus 5-10% of base tied to predetermined KPIs related to defect, costs, etc.

Inside Sales Representative

Location: La Habra, California

At 6D Helmets, we are driven by a single mission: to advance helmet technology and improve rider safety. Since introducing our groundbreaking Omni-Directional Suspension (ODS) technology in 2011, 6D has established itself as an innovation leader in both the motorcycle and bicycle helmet markets.

As we continue to grow and expand our product portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support our dealer network and help drive the next phase of our growth.

This position is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with strong industry knowledge and existing relationships within the motorcycle and/or bicycle markets. The right candidate will be energetic, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while growing sales within our North American dealer network.

You will work closely with our sales leadership, independent sales representatives, marketing team, and operations staff to support dealer success and ensure our products are represented at the highest level in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing North American dealers and retail partners
• Support independent sales representatives with account management, product information, and dealer communication
• Identify and pursue new dealer opportunities across motorcycle and bicycle segments
• Assist with new product introductions, dealer placement, and sales initiatives
• Provide product training and technical information to dealers and reps
• Respond to dealer and consumer inquiries through phone, email, and online chat
• Distribute sales reports, price lists, promotions, and closeout programs
• Coordinate closely with marketing and warehouse teams to support promotions, product launches, and order fulfillment
• Represent 6D at industry trade shows, dealer events, and company functions when required
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support day-to-day company operations

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in the motorcycle, bicycle, or powersports industry required
• Strong understanding of dealer-based sales channels
• Existing relationships within the industry are highly valued
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
• Passion for motorcycling, cycling, and action sports culture

We’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused Senior Product Manager to define, build, and grow innovative product solutions that align with company goals and market needs. Job Description:

Applies basic welding processes to join sheet metal aircraft components as specified by written instructions, weld schedules and drawings. Visually and dimensionally inspects completed work for conformance to verbal/written instruction and specifications. Works well as a team member and seeks clarification to refine welding techniques.

Summary:

The ERT Member plays a crucial role in responding to workplace emergencies, conducting safety drills, and supporting overall risk reduction efforts in our high-tech industrial setting. This position requires a strong knowledge of technical rescue and fire/emergency response, a proactive safety mindset, strong teamwork, and the ability to perform under high pressure situations. Position is part of a team and reports to the ERT Team Supervisor.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Medical Support: Administer first aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support (BLS) and patient stabilization as needed until emergency medical professionals arrive.
• Fire & Hazard Control: Assist in fire suppression, hazardous material spill containment, confined space rescue, other technical rescue situations and plant evacuations.
• Safety Training: Conduct employee training on emergency response, fire extinguisher use, and hazard recognition. In addition will train with outside government agencies and fire departments.
• Equipment Inspections: Ensure all emergency response equipment (ARFF Truck, Truck Equipment, Firefighting PPE (Turnouts/SCBA), Technical Rescue Equipment (Haz-Mat, Con Space, Rope) Medical equipment, etc.) is functional and properly maintained.
• Incident Investigation: Assist in documenting and analyzing emergency incidents to improve response protocols.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company safety standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with EHS teams, plant leadership, and external emergency responders to enhance safety strategies.

Travel Requirements: 10% - to complete trainings required to obtain certificates

Qualifications:

• Experience: No less than 5 years of consecutive experience in a metropolitan Fire/EMS Department. (Prior military (with Honorable Discharge) encouraged to apply).
• Certificates: NPQ FF1-2, NPQ Haz-Mat Technician, NPQ Confined Space, NPQ Rope Tech, ICS 188-800. Candidate must be a current licenses State of GA EMT or Paramedic and hold a valid Class E or F State of GA Driver's License.
