About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) as a Laser Specialist. Key Responsibilities
- Perform laser treatments for aesthetic procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols and safety standards

- Ensure proper setup, calibration, and safe operation of laser equipment prior to each treatment

The Role
You'll work directly with our CEO across executive support, sales pipeline management, and operational coordination:
Executive Support & Communications (40%) — Manage CEO's professional calendar with strategic intent, ensuring high-priority activities get protected time. Triage and manage email inbox, drafting responses and flagging urgent items. Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders including clients, vendors, partners, and professional networks. Handle travel arrangements, events, and special projects. Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact for CEO communications.
Sales Pipeline Support (30%) — Manage seller lead pipeline follow-up and conversion tracking. Ensure timely responses to inbound inquiries and coordinate listing consultations. Monitor pipeline health across seller leads, recruiting candidates, and commercial opportunities. Update CRM records, track metrics, and provide regular pipeline reports. Support business development initiatives with research, outreach coordination, and relationship management.
Operations & Team Coordination (30%) — Build and document efficient workflows and systems to enhance operations. Support recruiting and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent. Coordinate content creation for social media and newsletter campaigns. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers. POSITION SUMMARY

Assumes Clinical Consultant responsibilities and participates on site and system-level committees as assigned/required. We're looking for an Account Manager who wants to own the client side of our business.

*The role*
You're the primary point of contact for our clients. You own the relationship—communication, expectations, coordination, and delivery. You keep projects moving, catch problems early, and make sure clients always know where things stand.
You own your accounts—that means growing them too. Spot the opportunities and surface them.

*What you'll do*
Client relationships & communication
* Serve as the primary point of contact across all active accounts
* Lead client check-ins, status updates, and review calls
* Set and manage expectations clearly and proactively
* Translate client feedback into actionable direction for the internal team
Project coordination & delivery
* Manage 4–6 concurrent projects across discovery, design, development, and launch
* Coordinate between designers, developers, and clients to keep work moving
* Identify risks and blockers early—don't wait for things to surface on their own
* Keep project documentation clean and current in Notion
Account growth
* Develop a deep understanding of each client's goals and challenges
* Identify and surface natural opportunities for expanded work—no cold pitching required
* Help ensure clients feel genuinely supported, not just managed

*What we're looking for*
3+ years of account management experience, ideally at a creative or digital agency. You're someone who can take complex ideas—technical constraints, creative tradeoffs, shifting timelines—and communicate them clearly to people who aren't in the weeds. Clients should always leave a conversation with you feeling informed and confident, never confused. You communicate directly. You follow through. You're organized without being rigid, and you thrive when you have ownership rather than a script to follow.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Loom, Google Workspace, and Slack is expected. We're an AI-forward team—comfort using AI tools like Claude in your daily workflow is a genuine plus.

*Compensation & benefits*
Salary: $55,000–$70,000 depending on experience
Total compensation perspective: At the top of this range with full benefits, the complete package is valued at approximately $85,000–$90,000+ annually when factoring in:
