What You’ll Do

As our Commercial Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial assets and serve as the go-to resource for tenants, vendors, and ownership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of commercial properties (office, retail, or industrial)
• Building strong tenant relationships and ensuring high retention
• Managing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Coordinating maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor services
• Ensuring lease compliance and handling tenant requests efficiently
• Partnering with ownership on asset strategy and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and energy to the role.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial property management
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, CAM, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities with confidence
• Real estate license or CPM/RPA designation is a plus
