Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product & Design, GTM, People, Finance, Ops, and the Executive team
- Act as strategic advisor to the CEO on negotiations, disputes, and sensitive matters
- Build and scale Owner's Legal function as its first full-time legal hire
- Serve as DRI on litigation strategy, regulatory posture, and complex commercial agreements
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure new products and pricing models are built with compliance and risk minimization in mind

Compensation

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure architectural decisions support real-time operation, scalability, reliability, safety, and security.
- Drive the strategic use of camera and vision technologies to enable safety, productivity, automation, and maintenance use cases.
- Own a portion of the internal technology radar related to cameras, vision sensors, and visual analytics.
- Foster responsible, ethical, and transparent use of vision technologies aligned with privacy, cybersecurity, and safety requirements.
- Partner with product management and engineering teams to enable vision-based capabilities such as event detection, situational awareness, condition monitoring, and automation support.
- Guide architectural decisions related to camera selection, optics, illumination, environmental constraints, and edge compute limitations.
- Promote reuse and consistency of camera and vision components across products and platforms.
- Define patterns for integration between camera and vision technologies, edge AI/ML solutions, device software, hybrid mobile applications, and enterprise or cloud-based platforms.
- Ensure solutions support online, offline, and hybrid deployment models common in industrial environments.
- Promote interoperability with internal systems and approved third-party technologies.
- Define secure-by-design and safety-aligned principles for camera and vision deployment, including data protection and access controls.
- Ensure alignment with applicable safety, quality, and industrial cybersecurity standards.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews to assess risk, resilience, and compliance.
- Collaborate across product management, device and edge software, AI/ML, hardware engineering, manufacturing, service, and mobile application teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Vision, or a related technical field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience delivering camera- or vision-enabled systems, with experience deploying solutions in industrial or edge environments.
- Experience with connected, automated, or safety-critical systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of camera systems, optics, image processing, and computer vision architectures.
- Experience designing vision pipelines that balance performance, latency, accuracy, and environmental constraints.

AI Data & Python Tools Engineer
We're seeking an AI Data and Python Tools Engineer to develop and deploy intelligent tools that leverage big data infrastructure and modern AI architecture. This role combines strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to build production-ready AI applications at speed, including integration with Model Context Protocol (MCP) systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI-powered full-stack applications using Python, React, and modern machine learning frameworks

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required

•Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber, network hardware, pathways, and grounding
•Technical aptitude with network systems, Wi-Fi, DAS, and smart building technology
•Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills

The Platform & Integrations Lead is responsible for evaluating, stabilizing, and optimizing a highly customized and decentralized Cobblestone Insight environment. This role will assess the current system design, determine whether the existing configuration is viable, and recommend whether to reconfigure, enhance, or replace the platform entirely. The position also leads the integration of Cobblestone with enterprise systems—including Accounts Payable and contract management platforms—while developing documentation, training materials, and operational guidance in an environment with limited internal IT support. This role requires deep Cobblestone experience, strong systems thinking, and the ability to bring structure to a complex, fast moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Assessment & Strategy
• Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the current Cobblestone Insight configuration, which is decentralized and heavily customized.
• Analyze existing workflows to determine usability, sustainability, and alignment with business needs.
• Assess whether the current system design can be effectively leveraged, reconfigured, or if the platform should be replaced.
• Provide clear recommendations on “reconfigure vs. rebuild vs. replace”, including risks and dependencies. System Design & Configuration
• Redesign, modify, or streamline Cobblestone workflows to reduce complexity and improve usability.
• Support and enhance custom configurations built to accommodate business specific requirements.
• Evaluate Cobblestone’s vendor management module and determine whether it should be adopted or replaced.
• Develop ad hoc and operational reporting structures to support business owners and leadership. Enterprise Integrations
• Lead and support integration efforts between Cobblestone and other enterprise platforms, including: o Emburse (Accounts Payable – Certified AP) o Lawvu (Contract Collaboration for Legal Department)
• Ensure effective data flow between contract management, vendor management, and accounts payable systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to define integration requirements and validate outcomes.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
• Create detailed system documentation to support:
o Current state architecture
o Future state design
o Planning, execution, and solicitation processes related to Cobblestone
• Develop operational manuals due to the absence of internal IT platform support.
• Document update procedures, including required data backups prior to Cobblestone system updates.
Training & Enablement
• Design and deliver training materials for business users and administrators.
• Create IT and operational notes outlining:
o System navigation
o Workflow ownership
o Where to find critical information
• Support business owners whose role includes verification and approval within the system. Operational Support
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Cobblestone Insight.
• Operate effectively in a fast paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
• Support ongoing system evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
