The Opportunity:
Weβre seeking a Structural Steel Estimator / Project Manager to support continued growth in the Philadelphia region. This hybrid role combines hands-on estimating and active project management β ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and coordination from bid through build.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed takeoffs, material lists, and cost estimates from design drawings and specifications.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders from award to closeout.
Coordinate with fabricators, detailers, erectors, vendors, and field crews.
Review contract documents, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure scope accuracy.
Maintain clear communication with clients, engineers, and GC teams to meet project milestones.
Support proposal development, value engineering, and procurement strategies.
What Weβre Looking For:
5β15 years of experience in structural or miscellaneous steel (estimating, project management, or combined role).
Strong technical ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
Proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, FabSuite, Tekla, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and client-facing communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple bids and live projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
- Business Development - Identify,
cultivate, and manage relationships with prospective clients. Develop and execute
a strategy to meet or exceed annual new business funding targets. Leverage

division's credit policies and risk appetite. Negotiate terms and pricing with
clients while maintaining a focus on achieving profitability and client
satisfaction. - Market and Industry Expertise: Stay
informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the
factoring and ABL landscape. Provide feedback to leadership regarding market
conditions and opportunities for product or service enhancements. - Pipeline and Portfolio Management - Build
and maintain a robust pipeline with clearly defined stages and next
steps. Generate a balanced portfolio of deals across various industries
and credit profiles.

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager (Bridge/Structural) to support preconstruction, estimating, and project execution for bridge and heavy civil structural projects across MN. This role will play a key part in pursuing new work, developing competitive bids, and successfully delivering projects from award through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Preconstruction / Business Development
- Identify and pursue bridge and structural project opportunities in public and private markets
- Review plans, specifications, and contract documents for constructability and risk
- Develop quantity take-offs, production rates, and detailed cost estimates
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Develop bid schedules, work plans, and risk assessments
- Participate in bid strategy meetings and final bid reviews
Project Management / Execution
- Lead project handoff from estimating to operations in partnership with the Superintendent
