Salary and Benefits
Annual base salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows: GL-5/GL-7 $51,632 - $92,219 per year. Border Patrol Agents are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan akin to a traditional ROTH 401(k) offering.
*Recruitment Incentive* Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents (as defined in 5 CFR 575.102) will be eligible for up to $20,000 in incentives. The first $10,000 will be paid upon successful completion of the Border Patrol Academy, with the remaining $10,000 awarded for accepting a prioritized location such as Sierra Blanca, Presidio, Sanderson, Comstock, Freer or Hebbronville, TX; Lordsburg, NM; or Ajo, AZ.
*Retention Incentive* Newly appointed Border Patrol Agents may also qualify for up to $40,000 in additional incentives distributed over their first four years.
Duty Locations
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Duty assignments available at the time of offer may include the Southwest Border, including prioritized locations.
U.S. Border Patrol determines duty assignments at the time of offer based on operational needs, which may or may not align with candidates’ first-choice preferences. RELOCATION MAY BE REQUIRED.
Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GL-5, GL-7, GL-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without reapplying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation’s economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
- Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications
You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to:
- Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.
- Deal effectively with people in a courteous and tactful manner in connection with law enforcement matters.
- Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR
A Combination of Experience and Education: This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.

Job Summary
The Project Manager supports the Account Manager by developing and implementing comprehensive project plans for sign design, manufacturing, and installation, while meeting budget and gross margin targets. - Translate customer goals into actionable project plans, ensuring cross‑functional teams (design, permitting, manufacturing, installation, logistics) operate in coordination.

- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans that protect schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strict quality control throughout all project phases including design approval, production, shipment, and installation.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Industry knowledge of exterior signage manufacturing, permitting, and installation processes preferred.
- 7+ years project management experience, preferably in exterior signage, construction, or multi-site deployments.
- Proven track record managing large-scale or national programs with complex execution requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to customer executives and internal senior leadership.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the NOC, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our cloud infrastructure. This role involves managing a team of NOC technicians, monitoring systems, and responding to incidents and outages in real-time and most importantly, call ticket management. The NOC Manager will also be responsible for working with engineering, data center technicians and RMA support to help the operations department provide white glove service to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for leading the NOC in Austin and including hiring, training and retaining staff.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of NOC technicians, ensuring 24/7 coverage and effective incident response.This includes a team of NOC Technicians located in Austin and South Africa.
- Responsible for creating and managing the NOC 24/7, 365 staffing schedules.
- Implement, oversee and coordinate incident detection, response, resolution, and escalation procedures. Ensure incidents are resolved in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on customers.
- Maintain monitoring tools and dashboards to track the performance, availability, and security of the network and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and refine operational processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the NOC. Identify areas for automation and optimization.
- Generate and analyze reports on network performance, incidents, and operational metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Monitor NOC metrics and report to Senior Management as necessary.
- Work closely with other Operation departments, as well as Engineering, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication during incidents.
- Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to keep the NOC team updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Education can be waived if candidate has extensive experience in NOC operations
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role of hourly technicians, preferably within a cloud services environment.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and network monitoring tools.
- Experience with incident management, change management, and configuration management.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Role Overview
- We are seeking a senior, hands-on Account Manager to drive new project opportunities and account expansion within Google. This is a pure Individual Contributor role, focused on hunting, originating, and closing IT services and consulting engagements across the Google ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise seller with deep experience selling IT services and consulting solutions into Google, who thrives in complex environments, proactively opens doors, and creates opportunities through strong relationships, business insight, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- New Opportunity Hunting & Deal Origination
- Proactively identify, hunt, and create new project opportunities across Google business units and teams
- Drive net-new consulting and IT services deals, from opportunity identification through closure
- Build and manage a healthy, forward-looking pipeline focused on services-led growth
- Consultative Services Sales
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for IT services and consulting offerings
- Engage stakeholders to understand business problems and position outcome-driven solutions
- Shape solutions, proposals, pricing, and commercial structures in partnership with delivery and solution teams
- Own RFPs, RFIs, deal negotiations, and contract closures
- Client Relationship Building
- Establish and expand relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and buyers within Google
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments to uncover unmet needs and growth opportunities
- Build credibility as a trusted advisor focused on long-term value, not transactional selling
- Account Expansion
- Expand footprint by cross-selling and upselling services across teams, functions, and initiatives
- Identify whitespace opportunities aligned to Google’s priorities and technology roadmap
- Drive sustained account growth through continuous opportunity creation
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery leaders, architects, and executives to ensure solution alignment
- Provide clear handoffs post-sale to ensure delivery success and customer satisfaction
- Participate in account planning, pipeline reviews, and forecasting as an IC contributor
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or client partner roles within IT services or consulting organizations
- Proven, hands-on experience selling IT services and consulting solutions into Google
- Strong background in consultative, solution-oriented selling (not product-only sales)
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology services such as cloud, application development, data & analytics, AI, and managed services
- Demonstrated ability to hunt, originate, and close complex services deals
- Strong executive presence, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a high-ownership, IC role
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling into Google Cloud (GCP) or Google ecosystem teams
- Background working with hyperscalers, Big Tech, or Fortune 100 enterprises
- Familiarity with Google’s buying, procurement, or vendor engagement processes

Compensation / Salary Range: The typical pay range for this role is: USD $130,000/Yearly - $140,000/Yearly. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

About the position:
This role will be full-time, 4 days per week, and accountable for the establishment, maintenance, continuing improvement and enforcement of acceptable professional and ethical standards of the Medical Staff. Retention bonus included.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the Organization.
- Contributes to the progress and development of the approved QAPI Program.
- Communicates effectively with patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers.
- Maintains and promotes professional competence through continuing education and other learning experiences.
- Adheres to safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities.
- Interacts appropriately with various age groups.
- Supports administrative decisions and activities affecting patient care.
- Enforces compliance with standards of professional performance by physicians and patient care personnel.
- Enforces the Organization's approved Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and policies and procedures.
- Accepts accountability for the quality, efficiency and supervision of surgical and anesthesia services, patient care, and QAPI functions delegated to the Medical Staff.
Must have at least 5 years of leadership experience.
