Job Summary and Qualifications

Position Summary:

Assists the Physician in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, electrophysiology procedures, structural heart procedures, and peripheral vascular procedures.

Position Requirements:

  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure, or current registration as Registered Radiology Technologist (RTR), or current certification as Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS); current BLS certification and current ACLS certification through AHA or ARC.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, accredited RTR and/or RCIS training program.
  • 2 years' experience in critical care nursing preferred (RN). 2 years' experience in interventional radiology procedures (RTR) preferred. 2 years' experience in cardiovascular lab setting preferred (RCIS).

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Promote CSMA's role as a leading community arts organization, as well as the importance and value of arts participation.
  • Work with the marketing director and graphic designer to plan, create, and implement a daily social media schedule. This position is the day-to-day manager of CSMA's Facebook and Instagram accounts and will also be responsible for creating video content for additional platforms planned for 2026.
  • Track registration data and develop responsive marketing strategies to drive class and lesson enrollment at both our Mountain View and Belmont locations.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • We are seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations across a residential apartment portfolio. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-motivated, and experienced in apartment maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and effective communication with residents, team members, and vendors


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver first-class customer service to residents and team members
  • Perform apartment turnover and make-ready tasks efficiently and to the company standards
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to plumbing, electrical, heating, and other building systems
  • Perform general facilities maintenance, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work
  • Repair and install household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, and stoves
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with vendors and other team members Schedule and manage vendor services as needed
  • Work independently to identify, prioritize, and complete daily work orders
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing Participate in on-the-job training and coaching to ensure company standards are met


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in apartment maintenance or a similar field is required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
  • Experience with facilities maintenance preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
  • Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Leadership ability to oversee vendors and coordinate maintenance activities

  • Reliable personal vehicle required (compensation provided for work-related travel)
  • Personal tools preferred

General Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager in the Commercial Retail sector to oversee a portfolio of assets and drive performance across both property-level operations and portfolio-level reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, a working knowledge of retail strip center operations, and experience supporting investment-level decision making. The Asset Manager will work closely with multiple departments in various capacities utilizing curiosity, tenacity, and being pro-active, coupled with strong communication skills and energetic personality.

Duties include:

  • Working collaboratively with the team to develop operating and capital strategy for the portfolio
  • Reviewing portfolio performance including NOI, cash flow, asset values and progress towards achieving asset strategies
  • Oversee financial and operational performance of a portfolio of retail properties
  • Reviewing and approving proposed budgets, CAM reconciliations, forecasts, capital projects, and other expenditures with focus on maximizing value, validation assumptions and addressing areas of concern
  • Working closely with Property Management team during budget process to ensure financial health of properties and adequate funding
  • Preparing financial reports and communicating results to necessary parties
  • Conducting property site tours of portfolio
  • Overseeing CC&R tracking, reviewing and abstracting
  • Making recommendations to leadership for formatting, automating, and/or upgrading processes that would increase/streamline work flow
  • Communicating and reporting to VP of Asset Management with all high-risk legal matters
  • Supporting VP of Asset Management with specialty ancillary income leases, as necessary, such as cell tower, EV charging concepts, cable companies, ATM and water kiosks
  • Supporting team with underwriting of acquisition and disposition opportunities


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
  • Extensive background reviewing and producing financial reports and communicating results
  • 7+ years of proven portfolio/asset management background within commercial real estate overseeing at least 2 million square feet of retail space
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Yardi
  • Intermediate to expert Excel skills with the ability to use most formulas and format spreadsheets as well as developing detailed reports
  • Extensive experience engaging with senior management, investors, tenants and brokers
  • Ability to think and act strategically with experience analyzing lease and investment decisions
  • Ability to interpret contracts and agreements and their impact on strategic decisions
  • Experience in real estate fund management a plus
