The Crisis Responder I position will reside in the Regional Crisis Response (RCR) Agency and report directly to the Crisis Responder Supervisor. The Crisis Responder I serves on a team of other citywide community responders as part of the RCR Agency, which provides a consolidated and standardized mobile crisis response program operating throughout the jurisdictions served. The RCR Agency is an inclusive organization that endeavors to build a work culture which embraces diversity, encourages participation, and promotes equity.
Crisis Responders use evidence-based practice that promotes well-being through assessment, brief intervention, referral to services, and prevention. Crisis Responders incorporate knowledge of human behavior, sociology, psychiatry, psychology, and many other social science disciplines using advocacy, compassion and de-escalation and crisis intervention skills to support those with unmet needs in a culturally responsive manner. They work as a team, and collaborate with other local, regional, state and federal programs to identify gaps in existing resources for community members. The primary focus of work is crisis intervention, resource referral, and follow-up; this work is conducted in community settings such as health care organizations, businesses, homes, public spaces and at social service agencies.
Distinguishing Characteristics: The Crisis Responder I is an entry-level level position within the Crisis Responder job series. This classification is reserved for those with an associate license. An employee in the Crisis Responder I classification will move to the Crisis Responder II classification when they are able to demonstrate that they have an independent clinical practice license from the Washington State Department of Health.

- Respond to 911 calls for service in the community, both within a team or independently:
- Conduct ongoing biopsychosocial assessments of community members:
- Provide appropriate referrals and resources to community members (e.g., caregiver respite programs, paratransit applications, DSHS applications, SSDI, Veteran's Benefits)
- Follow-up with community members periodically to ensure a warm hand-off to the appropriate resource(s) or services
- Periodically re-evaluate efficacy of the resource(s) or services, and determine need for additional or alternate services
- Thoroughly document all encounters in accordance with policy and professional standards
- Conduct ongoing biopsychosocial assessments of community members:
- Conduct home visits based on referrals from other responders and community service professionals
- Provide appropriate level of support to community members during particularly vulnerable transitional times, such as post-hospitalization discharge to home or to alternate points of care
- Provide community member and/or caregiver/family education on alternative care strategies and resources
- Complete all mandatory training in a timely fashion such as clinical competency, culturally relevant practices, use of appropriate technologies, customer service, and any other assigned program and Department training

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree in social work, sociology, psychology, human development or other related field.
- Experience: 1 year of paid experience in a health care setting, including public health or behavioral health.
Licenses and Other Requirements:
- Must have Associate's license as a social worker, mental health counselor, or marriage and family therapist as defined by WAC 246-809.
- Valid Washington State Driver's License, or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

The role of the Implementation & Service Specialist (ISS) is to manage the execution phase of the solution selling offering (ON!Track, Fleet Management, Health & Safety, Productivity Software, etc.). The role requires close partnership with internal teams of Solutions Consultants, Field Sales, and Operations to effectively deploy the implementation and elevate the customer experience. What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED, required

We offer base compensation of $50,000 plus a high percentage, uncapped commission plan from 15-50%. Hybrid/flexible schedule. PTO starting at 22 days, 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales and renewals, as well as retail and concession sales. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

SummaryUnder the general direction of the program director or designee, the Habilitation Assistant supports individuals in achieving greater independence and personal growth through meaningful daily activities and individualized program plans. This role is responsible for assisting with personal care, implementing skill development activities, ensuring safety and well-being, and promoting inclusion both within the program and in the community. The Habilitation Assistant helps maintain a supportive, engaging, and homelike environment that fosters dignity, learning, and participation for all individuals served.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities of the Habilitation Assistant will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide direct support and personal care to individuals, assisting with daily living activities such as toileting, feeding, dressing, and hygiene as needed.
- Support implementation of individualized program plans and behavior support strategies under the guidance of a Habilitation Specialist.
- Encourage and assist individuals in developing self-help, communication, and social skills that promote independence and community participation.
- Supervise and engage individuals in classroom activities, community outings, recreational programs, and skill-building opportunities.
- Maintain close supervision of individuals during all program activities and community trips to ensure safety and positive engagement.
- Drive agency vehicles to transport individuals to and from program sites, appointments, community activities, and other outings as needed.
- Collect data and document progress on program goals, behavior plans, and treatment objectives as directed.
- Prepare concise written documentation, including progress notes, incident reports, and communication logs.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and in-service training to enhance skills and contribute to program planning.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe program environment.
- Participate in recreational activities, including swimming or gym sessions, providing direct support as required.
- Dispense prescribed medications after completing all required training and certification as an Approved Medication Administration Personnel (AMAP), under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations and medical emergencies, including administering first aid and contacting emergency personnel when necessary.
- Ensure actions and interactions promote respect, dignity, and the prevention of abuse or neglect.
- Substitute in other program areas as needed to ensure continuity of care and coverage.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Program Director or designee.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Six months of related experience is preferred but not required.
- Employees must be approved Medication Administration Personnel (AMAP) at time of hire or within six months of date of hire.
- Valid New York State Driver's License, maintained in good standing
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working effectively with the people we support, families, coworkers, and community partners.
- Ability to respond appropriately to crisis situations and make sound decisions under pressure.
