Responsibilities:
  • Team up with managers and other mechanics to diagnose and service cars coming in for auto repairs
  • Inspect, test drive, and perform diagnostic tests to determine vehicle problems, parts needed for repairs, and necessary work
  • Identify and address mechanical problems and malfunction codes found in the vehicle's electrical system, mechanical systems, and electronic systems
  • Creating estimates for auto repair work and their respective timelines for sharing with customers
  • Complete preventive maintenance work on vehicles, including oil changes, air conditioning service, filling fluids, and replacing brake pads, spark plugs, and batteries

  • Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Immediately reports any discrepancies to the Fleet Manager
  • Ensures compliance with all fleet processes
  • Under general supervision, performs preventive maintenance services and inspects, diagnoses, and repairs vehicles and equipment
  • Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs
  • Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns
  • Conducts safety checks on vehicles
  • Completes required paperwork utilizing the fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times
  • Reviews, completes, or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
  • Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Strong manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools and other repair shop equipment is necessary
  • Valid driver’s license needed
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are necessary
  • Associate’s degree from a vocational program, technical school, or community college is preferred - ASE certification is a big bonus

  • Valid driver’s license and must have a clean driving record. (CDL preferred)

Salary Package

  • We offer a competitive base salary $47,500k + uncapped commission (15% - 50%)- first year projected OTE- $80k-$105k.
  • Hybrid/flexible schedule. In office 2-3 days a week

Job Purpose

Medical assistant or equivalent clinical training performs various duties throughout the office from patient intake to patient care. Delivers timely triage and flow of patients to providers. Under general supervision in an outpatient clinical setting, provides stellar customer service, initial patient triage, assists with direct patient care, and performs direct medical procedures of a routine nature, as dictated by established clinical protocol and provider directive. Potentially willing to train an enthusiastic person that will be a fit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
- Stay up to date on policies and procedures.
- Obtain patient histories and update patient charts.
- Call patients with normal test results.
- Maintain a clean work area and patient exam rooms.
- Perform routine procedures under established protocols. Such as:

Ekg

Immunizations

Ear lavage

Sterile dressing change

Nebulizer treatment

Suture removal

- Immunizations and therapeutic injections
- Maintain adequate exam room supply stock.
- Practice safety, environmental, and infectious control methods.
- Any additional duties may apply

Requirements:

Qualifications

- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with company policies and healthcare regulations
- Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical training and certification preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of business office procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to greet patients and answer phones in a professional manner
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, patients, and to the public
- Utilize time management skills
- Recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors
- Maintain productivity and work independently
