Overview

An established and growing company in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the design, management, and administration of compensation and benefits programs across multiple U.S. locations, as well as provide support to international entities. Key Responsibilities

Compensation Program Management

• Lead the design, benchmarking, and administration of compensation programs for U.S. and global operations.
• Oversee annual salaried and hourly compensation reviews and the performance management process.

• Educate and support managers on Total Rewards concepts, system tools, and processes.
