Principal Accountabilities
Performs special/invasive radiology procedures on patients ensuring compliance with all radiation safety procedures: Prepares patients for exam, explains procedure, administers contrast when necessary, positions patients for the exam, selects appropriate imaging techniques, and ensures technical quality of the images.
Enters and monitors patient data.
Performs quality assurance on radiology equipment. May assist with initial and renewal application for ACR and other accreditation.

The Care Promoter, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is dedicated to the health and well-being of our patients. The overall duties and responsibilities of this role may vary slightly depending on the market and size, location and patient volume of their assigned center. The incumbent in this role is an integral member of a Physician-led care team that is focused on providing excellent and comprehensive primary care for a specific population of patients. Provides general nursing care, under supervision, so that physicians and clinicians can focus on more specialized areas in patient care.

Draws blood (phlebotomy) and collects other lab specimens; performs waived lab tests.
Prepares and administers medications ordered by the physician, fills pill boxes as ordered by the physician, changes dressings, applies bandages, removes sutures and other first aid procedures, performs IV Therapy in accordance with State Practice act; uses CPR skills when necessary.
Screens calls and walk ins; collects pertinent clinical information and relays it to the physician, implements orders as appropriate and documents observations and interventions in the medical record.
Maintains supplies & equipment and stocks and sterilizes instruments; practices OSHA safety standards; performs accurate, legal, and ethical documentation at all times.
Upon physician approval and authorization, calls in prescriptions to the pharmacy. Uses communication skills with appropriate medical terminology; and follows appropriate legal and ethical professional conduct. Completes internal certification to use the ChenMed Rx system to support physician medication dispensing.
Processes patient phone messages, returns calls and routes them to other team members as appropriate. Contacts patients to obtain and relay pertinent information from the physician.
Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.

Summary
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Provides clinical pharmacy services to ambulatory patients. Provides comprehensive medication management in multiple areas of practice, including but not limited to anticoagulation, perioperative management of anticoagulants and antiplatelets, anemia management with erythropoiesis stimulating agents, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, heart failure, COPD, asthma and opioid use disorder. DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Medication Management Clinic provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care and care coordination to ambulatory patients who are on high-risk medications or who require disease state management.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist and Pharmacist Preceptor licensure required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required within 90 days of hire.
Previous ambulatory care clinic experience preferred. Alternatives may include completion of a PGY 1 residency with rotations in ambulatory care and anticoagulation rotation, completion of a PGY 2 residency in ambulatory care, or board certification in ambulatory care.

Provides excellent customer support by demonstrating the Northwest values of Innovation, Compassion, Accountability and Teamwork. Peforms Nuclear Medicine (NM) procedures using prescribed technique; maintains proficiency on all related equipment. Communicates with various people within the Department and patients, as well as other customers throughout the organization. Performs a variety of support duties to assure smooth operations of the department. Performs all job duties with a focus on safety for the patient, self and co-workers. Follows universal protocol for patient identification and infectious diseases.
- Demonstrates the appropriate level of knowledge in all areas of Nuclear Medicine to include injection of radiopharmaceuticals and other pharmacologic agents related to a procedure.
- Uses knowledge of patient positioning and other pharmacolic agents related to a procedure.
- Evaluates examination to assure technical quality.
- Performs daily check of NM equipment to assure preparedness.
- Utilizes HIS/RIS to assure proper ordering and completion of NM procedures.
- Explains and answers questions concerning NM procedures.
- Recognizes priorities and deals with them appropriately.
- Process images according to established protocols.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
- Graduate of a school of Nuclear Medicine
- Less than one year of experience
- Licensed by the State of MD
- Certified by CNMT or ARRT(N) or registry eligible

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can handle a variety of equipment—from standard split systems to ductless mini-splits—while providing the kindhearted customer service Sunland is known for.
Pay:
* $35 - $55 an hour based on experience
* This is an hourly rate / not commission (we do not require minimum sales tickets)
Schedule:
* This position will require occasional overtime and rotational on call nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation: Perform full system replacements and new installations for residential and commercial clients, including ductwork modifications and mini-split setups.
* Service & Repair: Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures in HVAC systems.
* Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, seasonal tune-ups, and duct cleaning to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
* Customer Education: Explain repairs and options to customers clearly, helping them make informed decisions without high-pressure sales.
* Must be : savvy on tablets to complete their daily dispatches, invoicing and quotes.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of parts used, work performed, and system performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience: Must have 7 years of professional experience in both HVAC service/repair and full-system installation.
* Certifications: EPA 608 Certification is required. NATE certification is a plus.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in reading schematics, brazing/soldering, and using diagnostic tools (multimeters, gauges, etc.).
* Physical Ability: Must be able to work in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and climb ladders. Ability to work in Arizona's extreme summer temperatures is essential.
* Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable means of transportation.
* Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
* Must have your own tools of the trade.
