Job Purpose- The Production Manager is responsible for the direct management of all manufacturing and production activities for complex fabricated sheet metal, tubular frames, final assembly & test of a variety technical components & products. This role focuses on optimizing shop floor processes, ensuring product quality, meeting production schedules, and maintaining a safe working environment, directly supporting the strategic goals set by the Plant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Efficiency Management
- Oversee the daily execution of production schedules across multiple departments (e.g., sheet metal fabrication, welding, powder coat painting, final assembly, testing) to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) targets are met.
- Drive the implementation and application of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Standard Work, Waste Reduction) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing cycle time.
- Monitor key operational metrics, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), scrap rate, and labor utilization, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Coordinate with the Engineering department to manage the introduction of new products (NPI) smoothly into production and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
Quality and Safety
- Champion a rigorous Safety (HSE) program on the shop floor, ensuring all employees adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental compliance standards.
- Work closely with the Quality team to maintain high product quality, ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 standard, and manage in-process quality control gates.
- Lead and support teams in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production defects and implementing sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Team and Resource Management
- Directly supervise Production Supervisors, leading, mentoring, and developing the manufacturing workforce.
- Manage labor planning, scheduling, and capacity requirements to match demand fluctuations.
- Collaborate with Materials Planning, Purchasing and Logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure the timely flow of components to the production line.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a management or senior supervisory role overseeing production operations.
Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience in the heavy electrical equipment or similar industrial manufacturing sector is highly preferred as is familiarity with processes for MV products (e.g. electrical assembly, insulation processes).
Technical Skills:
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.

The Engineer/Programmer is responsible for preparing and validating PCB fabrication and assembly data packages while also programming and supporting production equipment across Adura’s SMT, inspection, and electrical test platforms.
This role bridges design-to-manufacturing execution by converting customer data into production-ready CAM outputs and machine programs for SMT lines, AOI, X-ray, and Flying Probe systems. The position plays a critical role in enabling high-reliability thermal PCB-A production for Automotive, Medical, Defense, and Aerospace markets.
Key Responsibilities
CAM & DFM Responsibilities
- Review customer Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, and CAD data for manufacturability
- Create panel layouts optimized for yield, SMT flow, and thermal PCB constraints
- Define stack-ups, copper weights, materials, impedance requirements
- Perform DFM analysis for heavy copper, metal-core, and high-power designs
- Generate fabrication drawings, drill files, and production documentation

Machine Programming & Production Support

Requirements

Job Summary

- Responsible for the continuity of the ENJ site supply chain department; including materials, planning, warehouse, and customer service
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the production planning process and collaborating with other departments to ensure on-time delivery of quality product
- Responsible for on-time delivery to customer, inventory accuracy and control, and coordination of S&OP process
- Manage and execute customer demand
- Handle escalated customer issues
- Ensure inventory strategy is aligned with site delivery goals and industry environment
- Communicate barriers related to material, planning, and logistic strategy and own responsibility to resolve
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to increase efficiency within the department
- Act as part of the site Leadership Team by setting an example of ENNOVI's core values of integrity, accountability, and innovation
- Maintain appropriate documentation needed for smooth collaboration and, if needed, transfer of responsibilities
- Participate in leadership meetings and act as proactive member of the plant
- Coach, hire, manage, and develop direct reports
- Other responsibilities as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Minimum of seven years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing industry
- Extensive demand planning, capacity planning, warehouse operations, and production planning experience
- Experience of managing a supply chain team
- Experience in stamping or molding operations is a plus
- Comfortable working on-site 100%
- Hands-on style leadership in all supply chain functions
