Job Responsibilities

- Complete required training program and accompanying exams.
- Follow all company, state and federal policies, laws and regulations, including HIPAA and Pseudoephedrine sales.

- Transcribe data from prescriptions accurately in order to generate a custom label for the customer.
- Assist with maintaining proper inventory levels by ordering, receiving, stocking and rotating drugs and other supplies per company policy and procedure.
- Answer telephone in a polite and timely manner, ensure accurate information is exchanged and the customer is satisfied.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns by communicating effectively with the customer and the management team and support staff in an efficient manner.
- File written prescriptions daily.

The Entertainment Event Technician Internship position is responsible to suport the technical aspects of live events and performances
Responsibilities:
- Work with Entertainment Management on the execution of a season-long project that will be assigned during department onboarding.
- Operate and maintain technical support on equipment associated with a specific production in the manner designed and set by the production staff.
- Perform all shows on time and as designed by Entertainment Management.
- Execute cue and show specific job duties as set by the Production Staff and Entertainment Management. The performance will not vary from the direction set during the production period throughout the course of the show’s run.
- Be involved in the rehearsal and operation of your respective productions under the direction of the Production Staff.
- Navigate in, on, or around scenic elements associated with specific production in potentially dark and restrictive spaces.
- Required to climb ladders and work at heights in excess of 35 feet and lift more than 50 pounds.
- Maintain clean and safe atmosphere in all areas of a specific venue. This may include, but not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning up trash, cleaning restrooms, and cleaning the storage/shop area.

- Help to manage and maintain the House before and after show, to assist guests with questions and to help clean the house in preparation for the next performance.

This is a seasonal paid position (with internship credit opportunity) in the Safety Department. The Safety Supervisor Intern assists the Safety Manager in maintaining Safety programs and inspections that ensure a safe environment in an amusement park setting for our guests and team members. The position is available May through August and typically works 35 - 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an interest in addressing safety concerns that will help maintain a safe environment for the guests and team members
- Conduct Safety Investigations by responding to locations in the park to gather facts and statements regarding accidents and incidents
- Write accurate and legible reports of accidents and incidents for review by Safety Department Management
- Maintain and inspect fire detection and suppression equipment and other safety equipment detailed in the department’s inspection program
- Rapid response to emergency situations: Fires, Fire Alarms, Ride Incidents, First Aid calls, Vehicle accidents
- Communicate in a timely manner with the Safety Manager safety related incidents including ambulance transports, fires, and ride incidents
- Verbally communicate Safety and First Aid information to management team members at daily briefings.
- Identify the existence of hazards from data gathered during inspections and or reports from team members and guests. In a timely and professional manner, initiate the appropriate action to eliminate the hazards through personal action or attaining assistance from other park personnel
