To support our continued expansion, we are seeking an IT-focused Business Analyst / Management Information Systems (MIS) professional to join our growing team in Minneapolis–Saint Paul, MN.

The Role :

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging operational requirements with FieldLogs’ technical capabilities. You will work closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation, integration, and adoption of our platform.

This position requires strong analytical skills, system understanding, and the ability to translate complex business processes into structured technical specifications within aviation and field operations environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate operational workflows into functional and technical specifications
• Support system integration activities, including API coordination and data mapping
• Ensure alignment between customer enterprise systems and the FieldLogs platform
• Contribute to implementation projects from requirements definition through deployment
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to clarify technical requirements
• Support testing phases (UAT), validation, and go-live preparation
• Prepare documentation including functional specifications and integration documentation
• Participate in client workshops, solution discussions, and pre-sales scoping when needed

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, MIS, or SaaS implementation environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integration, API interoperability, and data mapping
• Experience translating business requirements into structured system documentation
• Exposure to Aviation, MRO, or technician-driven operational environments is a strong advantage
• Ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the overall planning, design, construction, and ensuring the maintenance policy is established prior to handover to the maintenance team of all HAS physical infrastructure associated with the projects of the Major Projects Portfolio (MPP) (approximately $1.0B+ in value) to consistently provide world-class airport airside, terminal, and landside facilities developed and maintained to optimize sustainability and life cycle costs. Additionally, providing oversight of the Permitting processes (TIP & BSG) for an annual construction budget of $1.2B, which could include interfacing with other City entities to ensure proper interface and code alignment.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Capital Improvement Program Management(specifically for the MPP, but can be extended to whatever is instructed by the Director)

• Oversee the planning, design and construction of all projects within MPP' CIP plan
• Ensure all projects are constructed within anticipated schedules and within budget

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead a staff of over 60 team members plus extended staff
• Promptly deliver all construction projects within HAS' airports and spaceport
• Responsible for the management, development and engagement of team members within the MPP Division

Stakeholder Engagement

• Meet with key stakeholders, including airport staff, local government officials, and community leaders
• Understand needs and concerns related to airport development

Strategic Planning & Communication

• Conduct a thorough review of HAS' current capital improvement program as related to the MPP
• Identify areas requiring adjustments
• Develop an improved communication strategy to ensure stakeholders are regularly updated on project status
• Leading the AI effort relative to project execution and delivery enhancement

Project Implementation

• Develop comprehensive plans for implementing new development projects (timelines, budgets, resources)
• Identify key performance indicators to measure project success
• Establish monitoring systems to ensure objectives are met

Program Coordination

• Oversee and coordinate with IAH Terminal Redevelopment Program Executive Program Management (ITRP EPM) team as the project progresses through the closeout and handover
• Implement project management control systems with the assistance of the Project Controls section
• Interface and provide guidance with the United Team relative to HAS standards and HAS stakeholders, interface on their behalf with COH, HPW, HCFCD as needed
• Interface and provide guidance with the Southwest Team relative to HAS standards and HAS stakeholders, interface on their behalf with COH, HPW, HCFCD as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS

PHYSICAL EFFORT: The position routinely requires lifting of moderately heavy items, such as typewriters or records boxes (up to 40 pounds) and/or very long periods of walking on rough surfaces on a routine basis.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: There are routine discomforts from exposure to moderate heat, cold, moisture/wetness and unpleasant air conditions. The position may involve routine exposure to soiled materials and light chemical substances such as cleaning solutions.

PHYSICAL SKILL: Requires the ability to make simple gross motor responses within large tolerances.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline would normally be obtained through a formal 4-year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Twelve years of experience in civil aviation, or experience related to duties to be performed, are required.

SUBSTITUTION: Four years of directly related professional experience may be substituted for the education requirement.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Physical Therapist

- Perform initial/ongoing assessments (including OASIS) to identify needs, functional levels, and home health eligibility

- Create and update personalized Plans of Care with physicians and care team

- Deliver therapeutic treatments and assess equipment needs

- Track outcomes and coordinate effective discharge planning

- Apply infection control and standard precautions

- Manage assignments within your education/competence

- Supervise PTAs and HHAs appropriately

- Document accurately and timely

- Fulfill CE requirements and join in-services

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff

- Champion agency philosophy, policies, and professional growth

- Use technology confidently for all job functions

Qualifications We're Seeking

- Education: BS in Physical Therapy (or higher) from an APTA-approved program

- Licensure: Active Texas PT License + valid Texas Driver’s License

- Skills: Solid therapy practice standards, great interpersonal skills, current BLS CPR (healthcare provider), DME knowledge

- Transportation: Reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance

- Experience: Home health preferred; EMR HomeCare HomeBase a plus

Aero AD is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and requires a strong eye for detail, commitment to safety, and passion for aviation.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior dry-wash and detailing of aircraft
• Detail and refresh aircraft interiors (seating, windows, carpets, lavatories, galleys)
• Conduct brightwork polishing and specialty detailing as assigned
• Follow strict safety and handling procedures around aircraft
• Use aviation-approved products and techniques
• Work efficiently, either independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

• Prior detailing, or cleaning experience preferred (aviation a plus, but not required — training provided)
• Comfortable working outdoors and around aircraft
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (some nights/weekends may be required)
