Job Description:
Client is looking for a part-time Operations Specialist Contractor (10-15 hours per week) to support Auth0's Strategic Programs and Communications portfolio with consistent, high-quality backend execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work and can deliver accurate reporting on a reliable cadence.
You'll focus on data collection, analysis, and reporting across multiple sources, program and data administration, and survey operations. You'll also look for opportunities to streamline recurring work through lightweight automation and thoughtful use of AI.
Success in this role requires a proactive, collaborative problem-solver who exercises sound judgment in ambiguity, adapts quickly to new requests, and delivers consistently high-quality work with minimal oversight.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage recurring data operations and reporting: pull data from multiple sources, maintain clean datasets, analyze trends, and deliver weekly or monthly dashboards and readouts in Sheets and Slides
- Administer surveys end-to-end (SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, or similar): build and QA, manage response data, analyze results, and package findings into clear reports and decks
- Maintain people operations datasets, including hiring-related tracking and weekly roster updates, ensuring strong data integrity and consistent formatting

Salary range:
The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $2,000 - $2,200 total per course. For an asynchronous Start Anytime Online course, this position is paid $160 - $170 per final student course grade submitted each month; a reasonable estimate ranges from $800 - $6,290 total per course; and monthly payments typically begin within 6 months after the course start date. Instructor compensation is determined by course length, number of units, enrollment, budgetary considerations, and other factors.
Percent time:
Part-time by agreement on a course-by-course basis.
Anticipated start:
Some appointments may begin as early as the spring semester.

General Duties

The Kirkland Parks and Community Services Department is seeking Recreation Attendant staff for the North Kirkland Community Center. This position acts as on-site City representative for recreation programs and activities. Preschool Park Art and Play is an Art and play minicamp for ages 3-5. Crafts, games, exploring and free play at the playground. Each day will include a craft, story, and some active play. Minicamp is Tuesday-Thursday, July 7-August 13 9am to 2:30pm.
The role of the Recreation Attendant is to provide outstanding customer service and assist in providing operational support to recreation programs, facilities, and events within Parks and Community Services. Salary range:
The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $1,380 - $2,300 total per course. For an asynchronous Fixed Date Online course, this position is paid $115 - $170 per enrolled student and a reasonable estimate ranges from $920 -$3,400 total per course. For an asynchronous Start Anytime Online course, this position is paid $160 - $170 per final student course grade submitted each month; a reasonable estimate ranges from $800 - $5,780 total per course; and monthly payments typically begin within 6 months after the course start date. Instructor compensation is determined by course length, number of units, enrollment, budgetary considerations, and other factors.

General Duties

Job Summary
The Kirkland Parks and Community Services Department is seeking Recreation Attendant staff for the North Kirkland Community Center. This position acts as on-site City representative for recreation programs, activities and rentals. Performs miscellaneous clerical, and registration tasks.
