About the Role:
The Sheet Metal Welder is responsible for fabricating, modifying, installing, and repairing sheet metal components used in a chemical plant setting. This role requires advanced welding and metal-fabrication skills, strict adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work within operations that include hazardous materials, confined spaces, and process-safety protocols..
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certificate preferred
- 2+ years sheet metal welding and fabrication experience (chemical or industrial manufacturing environment strongly preferred)
- MIG/TIG proficiency; AWS certification preferred
- Ability to read fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and plant schematics
- Valid site-specific safety training preferred

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, P&IDs, isometric drawings, and job specifications
- Fabricate, weld, install, and repair sheet metal systems, ductwork, hoods, guards, platforms, and equipment components
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and specialty alloys commonly used in chemical plant applications
- Cut, bend, roll, and shape sheet metal using fabrication machinery and hand tools
- Conduct hot-work in accordance with plant permit systems and fire-watch requirements
- Prepare surfaces and complete welding and fabrication tasks with precision
- Inspect completed welds and fabrications to ensure compliance with standards and tolerances

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to help shape what Kiln looks and feels like as we grow. This role sits at the intersection of space design, workplace design, and experience design. You will help create environments that influence how people work, connect, and move through a space.

The Role:
This is both a technical and creative role for a designer who is equally comfortable producing detailed drawing packages and developing design concepts.
You will contribute to the space design, workplace design, and experience design of new Kiln locations while helping evolve the design language of the brand.

New Orleans, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Lead Marine Superintendent / Dock Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a confidential client. This person would oversee dockside operations, berth scheduling, vessel repair coordination, and production flow across multiple departments in a marine repair and shipyard environment. This leadership role serves as the operational hub of the facility, ensuring vessels are efficiently berthed, properly scoped for repairs, staffed with the appropriate craft labor, and safely returned to service. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to supervisory staff while coordinating multi-discipline teams and maintaining strong customer communication, production schedules, and margin control across multiple concurrent projects.
Essential Duties:
• Manage dock and berth operations including vessel scheduling, berth availability, and coordination of incoming vessel requests
• Oversee Dock Superintendent and ensure efficient day-to-day dock execution and vessel staging
• Ensure safe mooring, operational readiness, and proper use of dock infrastructure
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for customers requesting dock space and repair services

About the Role:
Summary The Field Service Technician performs a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, onsite bolting, heat treating and/or field machining. Completes any and all tasks assigned by the Field Supervisor to meet goals of increased efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• 1–2 years of professional pastry experience
• Lamination experience strongly preferred

Role Description
This is a Gallery Assistant position located on-site in Malibu, CA, beginning as a contract role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
The Gallery Assistant will support the daily operations of the Teressa Foglia and Ty Hays gallery, assisting clients with both product and artwork inquiries while helping maintain an elevated and welcoming environment.
Because our team is small and collaborative, this role is highly hands-on and multifaceted. Responsibilities include assisting with sales, maintaining the gallery space and back-of-house organization, coordinating and installing displays, supporting event planning and execution, and contributing to social media and storytelling around the brand and artwork.
The Gallery Assistant will interact with visitors and collectors, assist with hat fittings and artwork presentations, help prepare for gallery events and openings, and support the operational flow of the space—from inventory and client follow-up to behind-the-scenes preparation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of art, fashion, events, and creative business, and who thrives in a dynamic environment where team members contribute across many areas.
