The Air Defense Ground Equipment (ADGE) Department leads mechanical design, development, and integration of platform systems. This includes shelter systems, hardware integration, cable & interconnections, as well as facility development, and site integration. The department is comprised of individuals with technical expertise and experience in hardware design, integration, and production support.
The ADGE department is looking for a full-time Sr. Principal Mechanical Engineer to support Patriot Missile Change Control Board (CCB) for major components and sub-assemblies, including obsolescence upgrades, procurement and supplier support
What You Will Do
- Responsibilities (Core & Day to Day) Support design specification development through production qualification reviews and release including ensuring design is manufacturable
- Participate in design peer reviews and conduct trade studies to promote sound technical decisions.
- Provide responses to supplier questions related to general design expectations and interpretation of the relevant specifications.
- Provide guidance on Raytheon expectations for design rigor, level of TDP & MDP documentation required, typical analysis approach, and other similar topics.

Qualifications You Must Have

- Experience with ERB/CCB process; CCB chair certification or ability to be certified.
- Experience with solid modeling, creating and documenting mechanical designs in Pro/Engineer/CREO or similar modeling tools.
- Experience working within small electromechanical or gyroscope similar assembly/products.
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and ASME drawing and documentation standards and procedures

The Raytheon Hardware Engineering (HWE) Organization leads the mechanical-electrical hardware design, development and production of critical defense systems. The HWE Team uses state-of-the-art tools, processes, technology, and Raytheon’s CORE principles. The Radar Mechanical Design Department leads mechanical design, development, and integration of some of the most innovative land-based and shipboard radars in the world. This includes phased array radar systems, electronic modules, pedestals, and power and liquid cooling systems. The department comprises individuals with technical expertise and experience in all phases of hardware design, integration, and production support.
This role is for a Principal Cooling Systems Engineer to support cooling and hydraulic systems used in a variety of harsh environmental military applications. Our primary role is to design and support the fabrication, testing, and installation of custom liquid-cooled systems for radars. We also support custom air-cooling of power and communication shelters.

As a Dealer Experience Specialist in Melbourne Florida, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.
What You’ll Be Doing The Proactive LIIVE Dealer Experience Specialist (DSX) is the single point of contact for the dealer assisting them in reducing the number of days down or vehicle off road (VOR) for fleet customers.
They will liaise with dealerships and subject matter experts as needed to resolve cases as quickly as possible and are empowered to make decisions using customer satisfaction tools to resolve dealer problems getting vehicles repaired and back on the road for fleet customers.
The Proactive LIIVE derives work from the Uptime Global System around Repair Order (RO) Case Management.
When a case arrives in the RO system, the Proactive LIIVE DSX will reach out to their designated dealer via a variety of channels to work the case to resolution.
The Proactive LIIVE DSX also assists dealers with the dealer to dealer (D2D) process of selling parts between dealers to expedite the handling of the RO process leveraging a variety of systems and resources.
The LIIVE DXS Pro-Active team provides support for small, medium and large-sized companies that rely on their vehicles being on the road not at the dealership.
Any delays getting the vehicle back on the road impact the bottom line of the fleet customer.
If the LIIVE DSX does not respond quickly and efficiently to get the vehicle back on the road, there is the potential loss of business for the client.
During a Typical Day, You’ll Act as the single point of contact for assigned dealer to completely work the case to resolution Provide an exceptional customer experience with a focus on building a relationship of trust and enthusiasm while guiding the dealer from their initial contact through case resolution Responsible for following up on cases at their assigned dealers to ensure the dealer responds appropriately to Repair Orders (RO).

Conducts computer aided design (CAD) development efforts that provide three-dimensional (3-D) compatibility engineering modeling and simulation capability to check store fit on aircraft as well as supporting the Computerized Physical Fit (CPF) Team to produce 3-D solid models for the DoW.
Use of Siemens NX to create and manipulate 3-D models of DoW aircraft and stores.
This includes digital modeling of aircraft, suspension equipment, and stores, as well as the application of a kinematic program that simulates movement of control surfaces, landing gear, etc., to predict physical fit under changing aircraft and store loading configurations.
Essential Job Functions: Responsible for creation, modification, and manipulation of 3D models from drawings, scanned data from 3-D scanners, manufacturer’s converted CAD data and faceted body data depicting the external surfaces of the aircraft or store.
Manages the CAD Data Library (CDL) of 3D models for the Air Force SEEK EAGLE office (AFSEO) as well as maintaining the Master Model Library (MML) that documents the originating data used to construct the AFSEO 3D model libraries.
Management of these data libraries will make up the majority of the workday.
Interfaces with customer representatives at all levels to understand CPF modeling requirements and transforms solid bodies into desired 3-D model formats and resolutions.
Supports other engineering disciplines within the SEEK EAGLE Office to include CFD, Stress and other teams with derivatives of the CPF models for analysis purposes.
Manually generates additional 3-D solid and surface data to approximate the highly detailed CPF CAD models when necessary for external customers.
Assists in the measurements and 3-D scans of aircraft, weapons, and suspension equipment for 3-D model verification and validation as well as reverse engineering initiatives.
Some travel may be necessary to capture the 3-D data needed for model creation.
Imports and translates CAD file formats and exports 3-D models in IGES, STEP, DXF/DWG or VRML as needed.
Applies process improvement methods, tools, and techniques to achieve higher levels of CPF system quality and productivity.
Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S.

Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or other related field plus 5 years of relative experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
Minimum of 3 years of general experience in computer-based modeling and simulation and/or use of 3D CAD modeling applications with engineering drawings, blueprints, and/or actual physical items.
Siemens NX CAD experience is desired and will be the primary CAD application used on a daily basis.

Unit Description: Alice Hyde Medical Center is 25-bed acute care facility with an 11 bed Emergency Room. The ED sees 35-55 patients in a 24-hour period operating with 11 beds and 4 additional hall beds to accommodate volume surges. Nurses are required 1 year Med/Surg experience, Critical Care experience is preferred. The incumbent of this position will float between the Emergency Department, Med/ Surg and Critical Care. Must successfully complete the Arrhythmia/ICU class, equivalent, and/or receive a passing grade on the Challenge Exam. ACLS and BLS training and updating required (PALS, ATLS, and CCRN encouraged).
On-call: Not Required

Unit Description: As a nurse in our Pre-op and PACU units you would have the opportunity to create a supportive and caring environment for our patients coming in for procedures. In this position you would be working in our PAT office (calling patients with education about surgery), Pre-op, PACU, Phase 2 of recovery, assist with some procedures and complete follow-up calls. We have 5-10 beds in our pre-op area and 14 beds in our PACU/Phase 2 areas.

Unit Description: Registered Nurses in Resource Pool provide patient care to the following areas.
1. Two Medical/Surgical Units - 2 South Unit -has forty-two patient beds and 2 North Unit has nine patient beds.
2. Intensive Care Unit - Fourteen patient beds.
3. Women and Children's Unit - Four labor, delivery, recovery and post-partum suites with labor tubs, six additional inpatient rooms, three observation rooms and a fully equipped Operating Room.
4. Emergency Department - Twenty-four patient beds that provides care for an average of 80 patients per day.
Experience: Preferably one year of hospital experience and two years of nursing experience.
On-call: Not required.
Incentives: $10, 000 (pro-rated for part-time) signing bonus for full-time positions. $6.00/hr. resource differential. $3.00/hr. evening differential, $6.50/hr. night differential and $3.50/hr. weekend differential. $3.00/hr. charge role differential. $2.00/hr. preceptor differential. 1.5 times regular pay for holidays. After six months (full time and part time employees) are eligible for tuition assistance up to $3,500. Additional terms and conditions apply.
