Ensure the Supervisors and Leads keep all the pickers on task, production and standards are met.

This is a full-time on-site role for a CAD Model Technician located in Elkhart, IN. Responsible for creating all necessary infrastructure models to be used in conjunction with GPS equipment on site. Models may be created using different software, predominantly AutoCAD Civil3D and InSite Elevation Pro. Specific modeling requirements will vary depending on project scope but may include pressure pipe models, gravity pipe models, surface grading models, earthwork quantity models, and curb models. This position reports to the Vice President and works closely with Estimator(s), Project Manager(s), Operations Manager, and Construction Layout Technician. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented person with interpersonal, problem solving, mathematical, and organizational skills and is proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Modeling:
- Obtain necessary AutoCAD files and control point information for generating models.
- Convert linework to the company standard layers.
- Create any necessary linework and point files for model generation.
- Utilize 2D data to create and/or adjust 3D surfaces for grading models and pipe models.
- Perform earthwork quantity takeoffs during bid process.
- Create alignments and profiles for roadways, pipe runs, curbs, etc.
- Transition CAD data into 3DOffice/Pocket3D to be used with GPS equipment.
- Create templates for curb models in 3DOffice/Pocket3D.
- Read Construction Plans to ensure models meet design requirements.

Our team is seeking a Boiler & Turbine Systems Subject Matter Specialist to serve as our top authority on boiler, HRSG, turbine, condenser, and steam‑system design and performance. This is a high‑impact role supporting major industrial and pulp & paper utility operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Job Scope: The Boiler & Turbine Systems Subject Matter Specialist serves as the organization’s top technical authority for industrial steam and power‑generation systems, providing expert guidance on boiler, HRSG, turbine, condenser, and steam‑system design and sizing. This role leads thermal cycle modeling, equipment specification, and system integration for both new installations and major upgrades across industrial and pulp‑and‑paper utility operations. With extensive experience in boiler and turbine projects—and preferably OEM exposure—the specialist ensures robust, efficient, and reliable power‑and‑steam solutions across the facility.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Extensive boiler and turbine projects experience across FEL/FEED through detail design and start‑up support (cogeneration/CHP, new installs, retrofits, and debottlenecking).
- Proven ability to perform and stamp/lead core calculations and deliverables: heat & mass balances, Rankine/Brayton/combined‑cycle analysis, steam/water balances, duty/flow/pressure sizing for boilers, HRSGs (single/multi‑pressure, with/without duct firing), steam turbines (backpressure & condensing), gas turbines integration, and condenser selection/sizing (duty, approach, vacuum, CW options, air‑cooled vs. water‑cooled).
- Steam system design & controls: header configuration and pressure‑level strategy, letdown/PRV stations, desuperheating/attemperation, bypass/relief and PSV sizing, condensate return, DA/feedwater systems, and overall mill steam stability and turndown.
- Creation/review of PFDs/P&IDs, equipment datasheets/specs, control narratives, and commissioning plans; vendor bid technical evaluations and lifecycle cost comparisons.
Ideal Background
Education: B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Power Engineering; P.E. is preferred but not required.
Experience: 20+ years in industrial boiler/HRSG/turbine project engineering for mill utilities, power islands, or CHP.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Codes/standards and typical methods: ASME BPVC Section I, ASME B31.1, HEI condenser standards, API 611/612, API 616, TEMA, NFPA 85, and ISA valve/control practices.
- Strong working knowledge of Thermoflow (e.g., THERMOFLEX/GT PRO/STEAM PRO), or equivalent cycle modeling tools; familiarity with AFT Fathom/Arrow or PIPE‑FLO for hydraulic calculations; proficiency with Excel‑based sizing sheets and data reconciliation.

About the Role
The Center Manager (CM) is responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company’s desired financial results. This role heavily collaborates with and assists the District Manager and Regional Wax Trainer. This includes but is not limited to: leading a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, consistently modeling guest service behaviors, business analysis, recruiting, talent development, training and retention, loss prevention, expense control, and state standards

Premium Retail Services operates in more than 1300 Walmart Supercenter locations across North America, with a dedicated sales team of more than 3,000 Wireless Sales Pros. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our Wireless team.
Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn. We will teach you everything you need to know about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store, as well as online training.

Position Overview
The School-Based Mental Health Therapist will provide culturally responsive, developmentally appropriate mental health services to K–12 students. This role focuses on prevention, early intervention, and ongoing support to promote student resilience, pro-social behavior, and positive school climate.
Key Responsibilities
School Climate & Prevention
- Provide universal supports to promote positive school climates and reduce risk factors associated with youth violence and behavioral health disorders.
- Support the development of resilience and pro-social skills among students.
Early Identification & Intervention
- Identify students experiencing emotional distress or in need of mental health services.
- Provide early intervention services and short-term support for students exhibiting symptoms consistent with mental health disorders.
- Conduct screenings and collaborate with school staff to determine appropriate interventions.
Direct Student Support
- Offer individual support to students, including active listening, problem-solving guidance, emotional regulation strategies, and coping skill development.
- Assist students in de-escalation and provide tools and information to address mental health concerns.
Referral & Care Coordination
- Refer students to appropriate school-based and community-based mental health services.
- Provide information on crisis hotlines and self-help resources when appropriate.
- Build and maintain partnerships with community providers to improve access to culturally competent services.
Policy Implementation & Crisis Response
- Implement school policies related to mental health support, including suicide prevention and postvention protocols.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and compliance with district guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid California AMFT (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist) or ACSW (Associate Clinical Social Worker) license required.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Experience working with K–12 students preferred.
- Experience serving students from limited-resource backgrounds preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and crisis response skills.

POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Talent and Career Strategy team, the Senior Paralegal provides advanced legal support throughout all phases of complex litigation and investigations while overseeing and directing the work of junior and midlevel paralegals. This role combines high-level case management responsibilities with team leadership, workflow coordination, and quality oversight. The Senior Paralegal will also play a critical role in fact development, evidence preservation, regulatory response, and risk mitigation. The Senior Paralegal operates with a high degree of autonomy, manages multiple matters at once, and serves as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, and external vendors.
This position demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in litigation support technologies.Extensive knowledge of court procedures, discovery processes, legal cite checking, and trial preparation is required, as the Senior Paralegal will serve as a subject matter resource to ensure compliance with court rules and internal procedures while helping to drive operational efficiency across matters.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Litigation, Investigation, & Case Management Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all stages of large, complex litigation matters from inception through post-trial, including attending and supporting depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
- Apply advanced knowledge of federal and state procedural rules and electronic filing requirements; implement and maintain case calendaring and docketing systems, ensure accuracy of key dates, and provide guidance on court-related procedural questions.
- Prepare templates and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and related legal documents; assist with proofreading, legal cite-checking, Bluebook compliance, and case law retrieval.
- Organize and maintain electronic case files in accordance with firm protocols; manage high volumes of documents, including client and third-party communications, client collections, productions, deposition materials, exhibits, and trial materials.
- Assist attorneys with document collection, Relativity database setup, and management, including document production.
- Perform complex data analysis, tracking, and discovery management within Relativity, including document review and database searches.
- Prepare, organize, and manage exhibits and trial materials, including pleadings, witness preparation materials, trial notebooks, deposition designations, demonstratives, and digital courtroom presentations (e.g., Trial Director, OnCue).
- Assist attorneys with internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and compliance reviews.
- Assist attorneys with preparing materials for witness interviews, including pulling documents from Relativity and organizing materials into binders for witness interviews.
Leadership & Training Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior and midlevel paralegals assigned to your matters.
- Review documents and filings of other teams members for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with paralegal onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify stretch assignments for more junior members of the team to build advanced litigation or investigative skills.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior paralegals, including instruction on firm litigation procedures and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in an AmLaw 100 or specialized litigation firm, with demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills appropriate for a senior-level role.
- Expert knowledge of Federal and relevant State procedural rules and electronic filing requirements, with strong familiarity with Federal and State court rules, case management systems, and e-filing databases.
- Experience drafting pleadings, and discovery requests and responses, with proficiency in legal cite-checking and Bluebook standards.
- Working knowledge of docketing applications (e.g., CompuLaw, PACER), litigation support and transcript management tools (e.g., TextMap, CaseMap, Opus2, NetDocuments), and document review/e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), legal research platforms (e.g. LexisNexis, Westlaw), and document management/PDF tools (e.g. Kofax, Adobe Acrobat).
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail; ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work overtime, travel, and handle after-hours filings and deliverables as needed.
- This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least four days per week (Monday–Thursday).

- 6 – 10 years: $125,000 - $150,000
- 11 – 20 years: $135,000 - $165,000
