We offer a broad range of services in the community or facility-based to help patients and their families ease the burden of managing a life-limiting illness or end of life care.The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provider is one of a group of MDs and NPs who staff palliative care consultation services that function as programs of MJHS Hospice and Palliative Care. The NP Provider may work in a nursing home, hospital or community environment. Specialist skills in symptom management, communication including goal setting discussions, and hospice eligibility review, and may work independently or as part of a treatment team. Initial patient encounters are in response to consultation requests, and the initial consultation may be followed by one or more visits, as appropriate to the referral questions and status of the patient and family. The care plan advanced by the NP Provider aims to prevent or mitigate illness burden for the patient and family. Each encounter comports with best practices of specialist palliative care, including history-taking, appropriate examination, formulation and care planning, treatment recommendation or implementation, communication, and documentation. Other responsibilities include developing quality initiatives, educating staff, and supporting hospice operations through participation in the provider on call rotation and performance of face to face encounters as needed.

Pediatric Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) - Driscoll Children's Hospital
The Driscoll Health System is recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider to join a dynamic team of medical professionals in Pediatric Neurosurgery. The qualified candidate will have completed an approved PA or NP program and must be certified and licensed to practice in the state of Texas (or be able to obtain), a minimum 3 years of operating experience (any surgical specialty) preferred. Pediatric experience is not required, neurosurgery training will be provided. You will:

Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to gather thermal, environmental, mechanical, and operational requirements

Advanced Practice Provider (P.A,) opportunity with a busy plastic surgery practice in Federal Way. Our new PA/ARNP will provide services and contribute to the design and delivery of high quality, cost effective, values- based patient care for our patients under the supervision of a Plastic Surgeon based on the campus of St. Francis Hospital, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health.
Candidates should be interested in both clinic and surgical duties in the hospital operating department. The plastic surgeon you will be joining specializes in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face. He has extensive experience in breast and body surgery including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, tummy tuck, arm lift, thigh lift and liposuction surgeries. He is committed to treating patients after major weight loss and offers comprehensive body contouring procedures. He has a special interest in reconstruction after breast cancer surgery (mastectomy reconstruction, oncoplastic reconstruction after lumpectomy, breast revision surgery). He additionally performs gender affirming top surgery. Finally, he treats a wide range of conditions such as skin cancer, complex wound reconstruction and nerve conditions of the upper extremity (carpal tunnel syndrome).
Monday-Friday, 4 - 10 hour shifts per week (alternating Wednesday/Thursday off), schedule with flexibility into the evening if cases run longer than expected. On-call duties split amongst the surgeon and 2 APPs.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Perform physical examinations, record medical histories, and formulate accurate diagnoses under surgeon's supervision. Review patient records.
* Assists with surgeries and inpatient rounding.
* Consult with physician(s) when warranted to assess patient condition and treatment.

This role partners with the Chief Operating Officer and other senior leaders to plan, track, and execute strategic initiatives that improve patient experience, reduce barriers to care, improve quality outcomes, and optimize operational workflows. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams including Patient Access, Operations, IT, Clinical Services, and Hospital leadership to deliver measurable improvements in access, efficiency, and quality.
Education, License & Certification:
- Professional certification (PMP or CAPM) preferred at hire; required within one year if not already obtained.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience:
- 2 years of demonstrated project leadership required
- 2 years of applied experience analyzing data required

Essential Functions:
- Lead and manage operational projects focused on improving patient access, including scheduling, referral management, and care coordination.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and equity in patient access.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient access and operational effectiveness; develop corrective action plans as needed.

Overview

While Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate are core tools today, this role goes beyond low-code development. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end internal business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and related technologies.
- Develop business logic and workflow automation using Power Automate, integrating with internal and external data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL databases, and third-party APIs.
- Partner with stakeholders and leadership across multiple departments to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Design secure, role-based solutions with appropriate permissions, governance controls, and environmental strategies following Power Platform ALM best practices.
- Ensure applications are well-structured with clean data flow, clear separation of logic, and thoughtful handling of edge cases and exceptions.
- Monitor, enhance, and support existing applications and automations to improve reliability, performance, and user adoption over time.
- Produce clear and thorough documentation covering business requirements, technical design, data structures, workflows, and known constraints.
- Contribute to and follow established development standards, templates, and best practices to ensure solutions are consistent, maintainable, and easy for other developers to support or extend.

Technical Requirements (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining custom, end-to-end applications using Power Apps.
