Account Sales Representatives
SolomonEdwards is currently seeking Account Sales Representatives for an organization located in Montgomery County. These positions are hybrid!
The successful candidatewill work with a team responsible for business-to-business sales for group insurance products to a variety of companies in the greater Philly area, Delaware, and New Jersey. Responsibilities:
- Prospecting new sales opportunities, including utilizing Salesforce and performing cold calling
- Developing referral sources

- Working with account manager to develop RFP and presenting proposal and close sale
- Cultivating and maintaining client relationships

Quality Manager
Location: Vineland, NJ (On-site)
Reports to: General Manager
About the Opportunity
An established advanced materials manufacturer is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and strengthen its Quality Management System while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to drive manufacturing excellence.
This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager, responsible for ensuring quality standards across manufacturing operations while championing a βright-the-first-timeβ culture that reduces variation, strengthens process control, and drives continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings strong ISO 9001 experience, a hands-on approach to plant quality, and the ability to lead teams while solving complex manufacturing challenges.
What Youβll Do
Lead the Quality Management System
- Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with documented procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Lead internal audits and support external customer and regulatory audits
- Manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes and system documentation
Partner with Manufacturing Operations
- Work closely with Operations and Engineering to ensure strong process capability and control
- Review production orders, quality plans, and technical prints for accuracy
- Support quality planning for new product introductions
- Oversee inspection processes including first article, in-process, and final inspections
- Ensure proper identification and disposition of non-conforming materials
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Lead root cause analysis for customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal quality events
- Implement corrective actions and validate effectiveness
- Use data and quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Champion waste reduction and operational efficiency initiatives
Manage Inspection & Measurement Systems
- Ensure calibration and traceability of measurement equipment
- Maintain accuracy and reliability of inspection processes
- Support validation of measurement and inspection methods
Lead and Develop the Quality Team
- Provide leadership and direction to Quality Supervisors and Technicians
- Support training on quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements

Customer & Supplier Quality
- Serve as a key contact for customer quality communication and issue resolution
- Participate in customer audits, visits, and technical discussions
- Work with suppliers to address quality issues and drive corrective actions
What Weβre Looking For
- 3β5+ years of Quality leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Demonstrated success in root cause analysis, CAPA, and process improvement
- Experience partnering with operations and engineering teams in a manufacturing setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and suppliers
Education
Associate degree in a related field required; Bachelorβs degree preferred.
Equivalent industry experience may be considered.

Location: Charlotte, NC (REMOTE)
Salary: $120,000k - $145,000k + excellent benefits
Our client, an established Top 20 P&C insurance broker is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive, Family Office. Position is open due to growth. You will be responsible for overall service of the book of business consisting of High-Net-Worth clients. Must have experience working with High-Net-Worth individuals and carriers, including Chubb, Zurich, Cincinnati, PURE, etc. Position is 100% remote and will have occasional travel to regional offices.

Director of Quality
Our growing pharmaceutical client is seeking a Director of Quality to join their Dallas, TX location.
This position is responsible for ensuring full compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP, USP standards, and state pharmacy requirements, while maintaining the highest levels of product safety, consistency, and quality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic quality leader with extensive experience in aseptic manufacturing, packaging, and sterile compounding, preferably within a 503B organization.
Responsibilities of the Director of Quality
- Oversee all Quality Operations and Compliance functions, ensuring efficient and compliant daily operations
- Act as the site Quality leader, defining strategy, setting standards, and driving continuous improvement
- Lead batch record review, release, and disposition of compounded sterile products (CSPs)
- Ensure adherence to FDA, cGMP, USP , , , and state regulatory requirements
- Manage deviation/CAPA, change control, complaint, and recall processes
- Act as the primary site representative during FDA and state board inspections and external audits
- Lead internal audits and oversee timely closure of findings
- Review and approve validation protocols, qualification reports, SOPs, and regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations to maintain quality across all departments
Requirements of the Director of Quality
- Bachelorβs degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical quality experience, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity

21 CFR Parts 210/211 and Section 503B regulations
cGMP for sterile manufacturing and aseptic processing

- Proven success managing quality systems in sterile compounding or manufacturing environments
