The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the manufacturing or industrial facility, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. This role involves managing a team of workers, coordinating activities across departments, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity and operational effectiveness. Your Background
- High School/GED preferred. Education and/or training (i.e. Technical School, Apprenticeship, degree in any engineering discipline) preferred.
- 1+ years of proven experience in a Group Leader, Foreman, General Foreman, or similar crew leadership role required.
- Previous supervisory experience in a structural shipyard or construction environment. Experience supervising in Ship fitting, Welding, and/or Fabrication environments highly preferred.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
- Within 90 days, must be able to pass operations supervisor training courses and skills tests.
- Must possess strong PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications (i.e. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OSHA 10/30) are a plus.

Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector at our manufacturing facility in Seattle, WA. This role will require you to accurately evaluate and document receiving, in-process and final inspection of highly intricate prototype, custom parts and assemblies for a variety of applications from Aerospace, military, Energy Production and R&D. You will need to have an extreme attention to detail, skill in basic shop mathematics, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications and personal discipline to document and report nonconforming products in an objective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Enact inspection activities to obtain objective evidence of compliance for CNC manufactured parts, assemblies, complex tooling, and other components.
- Interpret and measure features containing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Use manual inspection tooling such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges and surface plate activities to obtain compliance evidence for requirements up to the fourth decimal place (tenths) of accuracy.
- Create and review compliance documentation related to Receiving, In-process and Final inspection on Materials, Processes and Completed Products.
- Ensure conformance with customer Drawing, Specification and Purchase Order.
- Assist engineering department in implementing strategies to improve accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Have recent 3-5 years (min) working experience within a machine shop atmosphere.
- Have a reasonable understanding of math, including trigonometry and geometry.

S-5! is looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with strong Drupal and Vue.js experience to help build, maintain, and improve our web platforms and internal web applications.
This role is for someone who can work comfortably across the stack, write solid code, and solve real business problems without overcomplicating things. You should be able to move between front-end and back-end work, improve existing systems, and help us build tools and experiences that are reliable, secure, and maintainable.
We’re also looking for someone who can identify practical ways to use AI to improve workflows, speed up execution, and support better decision-making.
Experience with Puppeteer is a plus.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain Drupal websites and applications, including custom modules, theming, configuration, and content structure
- Develop front-end features and interfaces using Vue.js
- Connect front-end experiences to Drupal and other backend services through APIs
- Write code that is clean, maintainable, secure, and built for long-term support
- Work with teams across the business to understand requirements and turn them into working solutions
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and ongoing improvement of existing systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and fix underlying problems, not just surface-level symptoms
- Improve development workflows, including local setup, testing, deployment, and CI/CD
- Create and maintain Puppeteer scripts for browser automation and end-to-end testing when needed

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience, or equivalent depth of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Drupal, ideally Drupal 9 or 10
- Experience with custom module development, configuration management, and content modeling
- Familiarity with Composer-based Drupal workflows
- Experience with Drupal theming and Twig templates
- Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js, including component-based development, API integration, routing, and build tooling
- Strong fundamentals in modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development
- Comfortable working in PHP and with relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs and connecting front-end applications to backend systems
- Proficiency with Git and standard team development practices such as pull requests and code reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Puppeteer and Node.js for browser automation or end-to-end testing

Three (3) years of experience in propulsion technology and its application to solid propulsion systems
Experience in the development of solid propulsion systems from conceptual design through final test / assembly etc. The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date.
Eight (8) or more years of directly related experience in propulsive technology and its application to air breathing propulsion systems (turboprop, turbine, scramjet/ramjet, RDE, VFDR, fuel bladders, fuel systems)
