- Mechanical skills and knowledge of basic machinery
- 1-3 years fabrication experience desired, or those with experience in detail focused trades (finished carpentry, auto repair) or time spent playing music or producing art do well in this role!
- May require moving material up to 70 lbs.
- Requires good physical dexterity, as well as eye/hand coordination to operate tools.
- High School diploma or GED

- Physical stamina to stand for long period of time.
