This is a full-time Contract and Grants (C&G)-based faculty position to support ongoing federally sponsored research in a long-standing and agile R&D lab. Minimum Qualifications:

Role Summary

This role is based in the Quality Control Microbiology Laboratory in Andover, supporting daily laboratory operations. The position primarily works first shift (Monday through Friday) with occasional weekend and holiday responsibilities. Pipeline Development & Cold Outreach

• Conduct structured cold calling campaigns to federal agencies, system integrators, and contracting partners.

• Research and identify target agencies, buying offices, and key decision-makers (COs, PMs, CIO shops, acquisition leadership).

• Build prospect lists using GovWin, , FPDS, LinkedIn, agency forecasts, and other federal data sources.

• Execute outbound email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns to secure discovery calls and product demos.

• Track outreach cadence and follow-up schedule to ensure persistent, professional engagement.

Sales Planning & Strategy Execution

• Develop and maintain a 30-60-90 day sales plan and call plan aligned to AIR-Quire growth targets.

• Track pipeline status and conversion metrics in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).

The General Manager (GM) –Battery Testing is responsible for the full P&L, operational leadership, commercial growth, and regulatory compliance of a mobility-focused TIC laboratory. The lab supports automotive, EV, aerospace, rail, and advanced mobility customers with testing, inspection, and certification services.

The GM ensures technical excellence, regulatory compliance (ISO/IEC 17025 and applicable mobility standards), strong client relationships, and profitable growth while maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. P&L & Business Leadership

• Own full profit and loss responsibility for the mobility laboratory.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, and growth strategies.

Qualifications

Education
