- South Dakota health system is seeking a full-time physician who is BE/BC in Neonatology to join their expanding Neonatology program. This physician will work at a 417-bed tax-exempt regional tertiary referral, Level II Trauma Center that features a 28-bed Neonatal ICU.

Brunel is currently searching for a Concentrate Leach Plant Manager for direct hire with our mining client located in Morenci, Arizona.
In this role you will manage a Pressure Oxidation plant that processes copper sulfide concentrate in order to produce sulfuric acid for heap leaching operations and copper cathode by hydrometallurgical means. This role is accountable for safe plant operation, metallurgical performance and production outcomes.
Duties include:
- Managing day to day operation of the Concentrate Leach facility in order to safely optimize economic copper production.
- Ensure that safe operating practices are in place for all major tasks and that personnel have been properly trained and understand the tasks assigned to them.
- Teach all plant personnel to recognize risks and take appropriate actions. Ensure that effective controls are in place to mitigate all identified critical risks.
- Ensure that maintenance schedules are appropriate, and SOPs are correct and up to date for all maintenance tasks.
- Ensure that all plant personnel understand the basic metallurgical practices that govern pressure oxidation and can use this knowledge for safe and efficient plant operation.
- Coordinate with the Mine and Concentrator departments to understand changes in the mineralogy of Concentrate Leach plant feed.
- Coordinate with oxygen plant personnel regarding plant operation schedule and oxygen needs.
- Coordinate with the Leach and Hydromet departments with regard to concentrate leach acid and copper production targets and provide foresight regarding potential disruptions.
- Prepare and adhere to quarterly and annual budgets.
- Prepare fund-request justifications for plant upgrades.
- Become a subject-matter-expert in copper sulfide pressure leaching and build a team with a strong understanding of the technology and its potential future benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (preferred in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering) and 10 years of metallurgical plant operational experience, including supervisory or management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of copper smelting, hydrometallurgical and leaching operations, including the thermodynamic and kinetic principles that are the foundation of these technologies.
- Knowledge of mining and mineral processing technology, specifically the impacts of copper, iron, and gangue mineralogy on processing operations.
- Leadership skills, including supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, direct and manage a diverse number of operational areas, projects and activities.
- Skilled in preparing, defending, monitoring and administering budgets.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English.
- Experience with plant maintenance, including adhering to maintenance schedules preferred.
- Experience in using advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and meet production targets.

Summer Sessions, in partnership with UC Berkeley's Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department (EECS), invites applications for a pool of qualified, dynamic instructors with a commitment to Pre-College education in Computer Science, Programming, and Data Science to teach high school students (grades 10-12) in our Berkeley Summer Computer Science Academy. This role requires precision, technical ability, and a strong commitment to safety as you work with complex equipment and follow detailed procedures to ensure each component meets exact specifications.

Position Responsibilities:
Review the tie-in book or standard operating procedures to understand daily work assignments. Provide comprehensive oral or written shift handoffs to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Monitor the workload in the area and coordinate task flow to optimize shop utilization. Proactively report issues or request additional support as necessary.
Identify, separate, and prepare parts according to work orders and chemical recipes (e.g., alkaline, emulsion, paint strip, sandblast, passivate) prior to racking.
Conduct thorough inspections of materials to verify proper cleaning, etching, rinsing, and other processes to ensure optimal adhesion and coating quality. Perform visual checks post-process to confirm uniform coverage.
Apply approved masking materials and coatings based on technical drawings or tooling specifications in preparation for plating or painting operations.
Determine appropriate racking methods for complex part geometries, ensuring proper contact to prevent burning. Inspect, remove, and report any damaged racks or clips.
Rack and unrack parts while verifying correct part numbers and chemical processes as per work orders. Ensure no overloading or air pocket formation occurs during handling.
Operate material handling systems, including cranes, hoists, and carts, safely to transport parts and materials through processing areas.
Operate and monitor cleaning, Dow Coating, anodizing, dyeing, alodine, and rinsing tanks. Determine correct dip times and maintain appropriate temperatures and solution levels.
Perform specific treatments such as sulfuric/chromic acid dips on 75 ST parts formed on Cerro Bend. Apply alodine touch-ups or chromadize as required.
Assist in maintaining chemical strength by accurately measuring and adding solutions. Estimate material surface area to prevent generator overloads.
Start generators, operate control panels, and utilize overhead cranes to load/unload tanks and transfer processed items between stations.
Strip anodizing from racks using caustic soda and nitric acid. Clean tanks, crocks, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Mark, oil, wrap, and route completed parts according to drawings or work orders. Ensure correct parts are matched to work orders and transferred to Quality Assurance (QA) for inspection.
Handle and dispose of hazardous materials (e.g., alodine, acids, solvents) in accordance with safety procedures. Complete all required on-the-job training and maintain necessary certifications.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.

Responsible for the initiation of standard therapy, ventilator management, protocols and diagnostic procedures. Responsible for providing care to infants, pediatrics, adults and geriatric patients as defined by competency.
PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

3. *Monitors and administers respiratory care modalities to patients; identifies contra-indications and patient response to therapy; records therapy and outcomes in the patients medical record.
4. *Develops plans for the delivery of respiratory care as directed by physician(s) or protocols.
5. *Contacts providers regarding changes in the patients condition and treatment needs.
6. *Performs arterial phlebotomy; draws from arterial lines.
7. Runs samples using IStat when competency is complete.
8. *Performs cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and airway management.
9. Responds and participates in Bryans Rapid Response Teams (BRRTs).
10. Provides tracheotomy care/inner cannula changes. Provides stoma assessment and wound prevention as needed.
11. Provides ventilator management including non-invasive. May provide advanced ventilator modalities with competency, ie Nitric, cardiac weans, heliox and High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation )HFOV)
12. Supervises airway maintenance during intra-facility patient transport.
13. Participates in the orientation of new personnel and supervision of students.
14. Provides timely feedback to Respiratory Care Assistant Manager and Respiratory Care Manager and Clinical Respiratory Educator when assisting with orientees and students. May participate as an interns preceptor.
15. Performs electrocardiographs (ECGs); may perform Holter monitor/event extended holter patch set up.
16. Cleans, disinfects and sterilizes all respiratory equipment following current infection control guidelines; assembles equipment as required.
17. Assumes charge pager responsibilities to assign work, receive calls and delegate incoming requests from other caregivers.
18. Demonstrates an understanding of staffing workload and productivity measures.
19. *Performs respiratory care discharge planning.
20. *Provides disease/process-specific patient/family education.
21. May perform certain advance roles with training and competency ie, arterial line insertion and fluid/dressing change.
22. Those therapists transferring from the Critical Care Respiratory Therapist role, with current intubation competency as of 1-1-24, may continue to intubate.
23. Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.Participates in meetings, committees and department projects as assigned.
24. Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant for our Head of Services (Contract) to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role is based in San Jose, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and take charge of scheduling internal and external meetings, using insight and exercising judgment as needed
- Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring maximum time efficiency and effectiveness
- Interact with C-level executives and Board members to coordinate committee meetings and other business-critical interactions
- Manage external visitors including customers
- Handle business details of a highly confidential and critical nature
- Manage department purchases on company credit card, reconcile monthly spending
- Provide back-up support for other members of Bloom’s administrative team
- Resolve time sensitive issues with a high degree of precision and exhibit strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of Executive Assistance experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a Services/Sales/Marketing environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; College degree preferred
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Ability to speak clearly and succinctly relative to needs, questions, goals, etc.
- Must be direct in asking for clarification, guidance, opinions etc. of the executive to ensure deliverables are met on-time and on-target
- Deep knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), videoconferencing tools, and ability to quickly learn new technologies. Understanding of MS SharePoint, MS Team, Oracle, ADP and Workday would be an added advantage
