The part-time Resident Services Coordinator will serve as an on-site representative of Esusu at a property in Richmond, VA. This role is dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents by connecting residents with Esusu tools to help with employment readiness, training and financial education, healthcare, and financial counseling.


The ideal candidate is a community-oriented professional who can balance one-on-one advocacy with organized group programming to drive housing stability and financial growth for affordable housing residents.



What will you help deliver:

On-Site Engagement & Advocacy

  • Conduct regular on-site office hours to provide one-on-one resident support.
  • Host "Sign-up Workshops" to provide residents with more information about financial health resources available to them and onboard residents to the Esusu app for rent reporting, credit building and flexible rent payments.
  • Act as a navigator, connecting residents to the Esusu app to find and utilize local and national resources to help with financial stability and general wellbeing.


Focus Areas for On-Site Services

  • Employment Readiness: Assist residents to sign up for Esusu’s career advancement programs that help with skills assessment, resume building, interview preparation, and connections to job placement support.
  • Training & Education: Help residents navigate the Esusu app to identify opportunities for adult education (GED prep, ESL, literacy) and vocational/computer training.

Ikon Technologies is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead our B2B2C AI-driven platform, Smart Marketing — a multi-tenant messaging and lifecycle engagement system serving hundreds of independently operated dealerships.

This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a platform ownership role responsible for building and scaling messaging infrastructure across SMS, Apple Business Messages, in-app channels (mobile and web), lifecycle automation, and retention-based offers.

The ideal candidate has experience building SaaS platforms in multi-tenant environments and can translate messaging systems, automation workflows, APIs, and compliance requirements into scalable product architecture that drives measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the product roadmap for Smart Marketing, aligning platform capabilities with company growth objectives
  • Design and scale messaging orchestration across SMS, Apple Business Messages, and in-app communication channels
  • Partner with engineering to define APIs, event-driven triggers, data pipelines, and multi-tenant configuration frameworks
  • Implement opt-in governance, suppression logic, and compliance controls (including TCPA and channel-level consent)
  • Build and manage a structured Template Library for dealership lifecycle communications, including service reminders, OEM maintenance triggers, appointment confirmations, offers, warranty notifications, and post-service follow-ups
  • Convert high-performing campaigns into reusable, scalable system templates with governance standards
  • Drive measurable improvements across the retention funnel (Response → Appointment → Service Completion → RO Revenue)
  • Define experimentation frameworks, A/B testing protocols, and performance dashboards to optimize conversion and retention
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, engineering, legal, and design teams to align messaging strategy with scheduling, loyalty, and service workflows
  • Lead product readiness and expansion of Apple Business Messages and additional strategic communication channels

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS, platform, or lifecycle engagement environments
  • Proven experience building messaging, CRM, notification, or automation-based systems
  • Strong systems thinking across APIs, automation workflows, event-driven architecture, and data modeling
  • Experience operating in multi-tenant or B2B2C product environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel metrics, experimentation, retention analytics, and performance measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, data, compliance, and operations
  • Experience with messaging platforms such as Apple Business Messages, Twilio, RCS, WhatsApp, or similar is preferred
  • Experience in automotive, fintech, regulated communications, or high-compliance environments is a plus

We're hiring independently-licensed and junior-licensed clinicians. The below licenses are the senior-license equivalent, and we may be able to provide licensure supervision to junior-licensed individuals as well:

About the Role

Charlie Health is hiring exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/ Counselors to provide telehealth services. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health, substance use, and eating disorder professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.


This can either be a contract/1099 position or a W2 position.


A contract position allows you the flexibility to schedule sessions and work wherever you are most comfortable. We request that our clinicians be able to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.


W2 position requires full time availability with some availability in the evenings and Saturdays required to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.

About You

  • Well versed in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults.
  • Passionate about the benefits of group treatment and skilled in conducting group treatment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Creative and engaging, especially over video!
  • Must be available in the evenings to meet the schedules of our clients

Qualifications

  • Licensed mental health or substance use counselor (all disciplines are welcome to apply).

    • SUD applicants must hold national credentials, such as NCAC (I or II), NAADAC, MAC, or NAC


  • Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults clients
  • Masters degree in mental health or related field
  • Availability between 12 and 40 hours per week depending on 1099 or W2
  • 1099 position, part time with opportunity to grow into full time position
  • W2 position, full-time with availability for 40 hours per week
  • Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox–in addition to EMR and outcomes survey software on a daily basis

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $53,000 and $75,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $57,000 and $80,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.


Based on the nature of this role, you will need to complete several state background checks for clearance to see clients. Florida requires a fingerprint based background check, with more information found here. Please note that the cost for this background check will be paid for in full by Charlie Health.
