Provides evaluation and physical therapy treatment in accordance with agency standards the laws and regulations governing the provision of physical therapy services in the state of Maryland District of Columbia or Virginia and other regulatory requirements.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Analyzes and documents patients and family's response to interventions. Evaluates measurable progress toward goals and revise the plan of care. Completes annual Code of Conduct Compliance and other mandatory training.Implements an effective physical therapy treatment plan in conjunction with the patient their family/caregiver the patient's physician and other members of the health care team and modifying treatment plan as needed.Evaluation includes interview observation palpation specialized assessments including but not limited to goniometry muscle strength testing and sensory testing. Such assessments require use of tools (e.g. goniometer sphygmomanometer stethoscope) and the possession of sight and hearing senses or the use of prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately.Independently implements and documents plan of care for patients with a routine to complex problems to facilitate continuity of care. Documented interventions are related to planning of care. Interventions reflect the standard of care for patient condition/diagnosis. Interventions include utilizing agency and community resources. Performs therapy interventions consistent with home care protocols. Interventions reflect knowledge of standard home care supplies and equipment used inpatient care.Independently organizes patient assignments for completion of tasks within acceptable time frames. Seeks assistance from PT III Rehab Care Manager or supervisor regarding complex patient problems. Maintains necessary clinical records collects data and prepares reports on activities. Submits completed admission records within 48 hours and daily records within 24 hours with a Ninety-five percent accuracy on technical audit. Recertification completed prior to recert date. Maintains caseload mix and productivity for acuity level of patients.Initiates and participates in regularly scheduled case conferences; includes all disciplines. Includes patient and family in mutual goal setting and care plan revision.Maintains effective working relationships with other departments and participates in multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams. Participates in meetings and on committees and represents the department and agency in community outreach efforts. Enhances growth and development and enriches personal knowledge and skill through participation in educational programs and affiliations.Performs history and assessment related to episode of patient illness to determine the patient's habilitation/rehabilitation needs. Recommends adaptive equipment and/or home modifications to maximize the patient's functional abilities and safety. Identifies primary patient problems from assessment. Identifies discharge planning needs including referrals to appropriate community resources. Interprets abnormal clinical data to anticipate problems associated with changing patient status.Performs procedures and modalities including but not limited to therapeutic exercise functional mobility training gait training heat/cold application and ultrasound. Education
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school required
- 1-2 years Clinical experience required
- PT - Physical Therapist License to practice Physical Therapy in the District of Columbia Maryland or Virginia or any combination based on work location(s) Upon Hire required and
- DL - Valid State Driver's License in good standing with a dependable vehicle for transportation Upon Hire required
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required and

ABOUT THE JOB:
The Guidebook team is seeking a proven self-starting individual to join as an Account Manager to drive upsell/growth and net retention within our customer base and to take ownership of a high-potential book of business.
This individual will work with a broad spectrum of strategic accounts, from corporate/small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) to higher education. This is a sales role focused on our existing clients. You will identify untapped revenue potential, navigate complex organizations to find new decision-makers, and aggressively drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You'll also ensure a seamless renewal process by effectively managing a portfolio of customers to limit dollar for dollar and logo churn.
This position requires the ability to sell the value of Guidebook, foster meaningful relationships with customers, spot and pursue upsell opportunities, generate account growth through outbound prospecting, and negotiate. The right person for the role will take great satisfaction in seeing accounts use Guidebook successfully and grow their usage, and use their voice to contribute directly to the company's success. In addition, the ideal candidate possesses both a hunger and an acumen for strategic problem solving with clients.
WITHIN 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
* Own the renewals and upsell process for a portfolio of customers in collaboration with the Customer Success and Sales teams.
* Learn innovative ways to leverage the Guidebook platform to solve an array of important business issues for customers.
* Close renewal business on a quarterly basis and develop and close new add-on sales, while meeting and exceeding your quota.
* Analyze usage metrics to understand how the customer is using Guidebook, including evaluating product adoption.
WITHIN 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
* Drive your book of business to 100%+ NRR through proactive renewals and strategic expansion.
* Develop a foolproof, and easily shared success plan to ensure organizational adoption and expansion of our product.
* Build a pipeline of 3x your quarterly upsell quota by auditing your assigned book of business and identifying accounts with untapped potential.
* Begin working directly with your teammates to assess key team needs and work with your manager to bring those needs to life.
* Plan quarterly business reviews with clients to leverage Guidebook for broader business needs.
* Explore outbound techniques that increase Guidebook's impact across existing institutions - including email, calls, and event attendance.

COMPENSATION:
The annual OTE (on-target earnings) range for this role, depending on relevant experience, is $65,000-85,000 (this includes a base salary and an annual variable paid quarterly).

Position Details: The clinical specialist will join an on-site faculty member to provide direct patient care in the Parkview Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
In preparation for pediatric service line growth and changes, continued pharmacy expertise is needed in this area.
Currently this location is undergoing many facility updates (room renewal, expansion, and technology updates) along with an expansion of care for pediatric gastroenterology, endocrinology, cardiology, and hematology/oncology specialist services.
Parkview Health has been a collaborator partner with Cincinnati Children’s for overall a decade to improve the health and outcomes for children in our region.
This collaboration is now enhancing to bring neurosurgery, rheumatology, and drug-resistant epilepsy consultation services with telehealth clinics with world-class providers.
As part of an established pediatric pharmacy program, this specialist will benefit from close relationships with physicians and other care providers in both the inpatient and outpatient pediatric settings.

This role will have a targeted role in the level III neonatal intensive care unit with additional coverage of other pediatrics areas for weekend pediatrics coverage.

Key responsibilities The Instructional Designer – HR Technology & Workday Enablement is responsible for designing and developing learning experiences, including instructor-led and eLearning courses, microlearning, and job aids, while managing logistics and ensuring a smooth learning experience for participants.
This role goes beyond course development and requires comfort operating in complex, fast-moving transformation environments where requirements evolve and influence is critical.
